On Friday, Cate Blanchett
received the 2,376th Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
in Los Angeles, California. It's about time!! Typically, we get pictures of celebrities who just filed the paperwork and paid the fee to have their name included on the famous street - but Miss Blanchett really deserves it.

Steven Spielberg and David Fincher (the director of Blanchett’s upcoming film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) - unveiled the star in front of the Egyptian Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard.

Have you had a chance to visit the Walk of Fame? I went while on vacation for the first time in LA and it was so BUSY. I ran around looking for Marilyn Monroe and when I found her, I became THAT TOURIST. I put my hands where her hands were and took a picture. Yeah, I really love her.

Cate Blanchett and her husband Andrew Upton were photographed arriving at The Kingly Club in Covent Gardens last night. Cate was throwing a party for a few friends and looked amazing doing it. No details are currently available regarding what the party was about.

She's gorgeous, classy, has lots of children, and still manages to be down to earth. Love her.

Cate Blanchett stepped out of her house for a quick run to a local coffee shop in Double Bay while wearing black sneakers and sweats. She is currently on break in Sydney, Australia spending time with her family.

Better not get too comfortable, Cate has a ton of working coming up.
