Catherine Zeta-Jones quit living in Hollywood for the sake of her children. The Welsh actress – who lives in Bermuda and New York with her actor husband Michael Douglas and their children, nine-year-old son Dylan and six-year-old-daughter Carys – was so frustrated with the constant paparazzi presence she gave up her glamorous Los Angeles lifestyle to focus on her family life.

“When you live in Los Angeles you can’t go anywhere without being critiqued – on your purse of the fact that you have gained weight or that you have got spots on your face.

“That’s not the life I want. Deciding to live in beautiful Bermuda was the healthiest thing Michael and I ever did. Now that I have kids, that’s what my life is about.”

Catherine is also not concerned about turning 40 this Thursday – the same day her husband turns 65 – because she doesn’t feel old.

“I feel much younger than I am. When you are 10 or 20, 40 looks really old. When I was nearing 30 that seemed like a major milestone.”

The couple are due to celebrate their milestone birthdays at an intimate party for family and close friends in NYC.

Oh my goodness! Michael Douglas’ son has allegedly been arrested for possession of methamphetamines with the intent to distribute.
Cameron Douglas – Michael’s 30-year-old son with ex-wife Diandra Luker - was reportedly targeted by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in New York as he was trying to move half a pound of the illegal narcotic with a street value just over $18,000.<

He was arrested on July 28 at Manhattan’s Hotel Gansevoort.

A law enforcement source told website RadarOnline:

“Cameron was living at a hotel, renting his room by the month and also had a similar setup in Miami and Los Angeles.
“A DEA informant visited Cameron in New York to set up a buy - he wanted a large amount of crystal meth - the informant told DEA Cameron was strung out and his hotel room and was a mess."

The informant reportedly claimed Cameron was not mentally sound at the time, but that he had promised he would be able to get hold of the drugs.
The source added:

“Cameron called a drug contact and said he was going to ship out the crystal meth. It's unclear if the drugs were being couriered by car or other means but the DEA was able to track the shipment out of Los Angeles."

It is not known if Cameron – who appeared alongside his father and grandfather Kirk Douglas in 2003 movie ‘It Runs in the Family’ - is still in custody. Michael’s publicist and agent have not yet commented on the reports.

This is not Cameron’s first brush with the law. In 2007, he was arrested in California for possession of a controlled substance when liquid cocaine was discovered in the car he was traveling in.

Ok, I can't say this is the casting choice that would have popped into my head for the role of Susan Boyle, but hey, why not?

Catherine Zeta Jones is supposedly desperate to land the part of the singer in a film about her life story. The director of Titanic, James Cameron, is also said to be interested in the project.

A source from Britain's Got Talent says,

'This
is one of many requests we have had to play her [Miss Boyle], for movie
deals and for stories of her life.

'All these people are coming out and
want to be associated with her. She is the biggest thing in the world.
It is mental.'
