This was too funny not to post! Celine Dion has hit back after she critised by water authorities in Florida for using up over 6.5 million gallons in her Miami home. Dion's representatives insist her massive water usage was down to a burst pipe. The pipe was reportedly damaged in May 2007 when the previous home on the site was demolished to make way for Dion's new home. She did not realise it had burst until she was landed with massive costs from her local utility provider. Dion's lawyer Michael Weeks says,

"Except for a few new trees that need heavy watering, barely any landscaping was done during that time. Something went wrong.

"Once the underground pipe was located and repaired, water usage subsided back to normal levels. By January 2008, the property was using an amount of water that I would expect to be one of the lowest on Jupiter Island."

 

Celine Dion continued her "Taking Chances" World Tour at the Croke Park Stadium in Dublin. Fresh off her long-term Las Vegas engagement Celine appears as alive and colorful as ever!

Well, now we know where everyone will be for the holidays!First we had the whole Jolie- Pitt / Obama-Clinton ordeal and now we have this! An ancestry site has announced that Madonna is related to Celine Dion. Two great singers united by a French carpenter descendant. Now I think everyone can agree that Celine Dion has a great voice and she's a rather attractive woman, but not exactly known for her style. Here she is on her way to a news conference in Johannesburg wearing a really cute dress with a black bow and some leather skinnys. It's the leather skinnys that are bugging me the most, because I think the dress by itself would have looked better. What do you all think?

After five years of performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Celine Dion has taken her final bow. What a ride! Did anyone get to see that show? I had the privilege of seeing her in concert a few years back at Giant Stadium but she was part of a collaboration. So, I might have heard 4 or 5 songs if that. To be able to sit and watch an entire show must be AMAZING. Hubby are you reading this?!Celine has always said after this show she might consider having another child. Time will tell...In other news, I now understand why people were asking her if she was too thin.WENN

Who the heck is calling Celine Dion anorexic? Oh please! She has been as thin as she is now since she came on the scene decades ago. Either way, she felt the need to defend herself and released the following statement:

"I am not anorexic. It pisses people off that I am thin and I don't make any effort. I have been thin all my life. Nobody in my family is overweight."

How fun is Celine Dion?! I love that when the paparazzi asked her if she bought some jewelry from Cartier as she stepped out of the store she replied, "I do damage wherever I shop". I would do damage too if I made thousands of dollars every hour! Go girl!! Here she is in NYC with her son and girlfriends going in and out of stores like Hermes, Chopard and Barney's.SPLASH

At the World Music Awards in Monaco we already saw Avril Lavigne's red carpet arrival, but here she is in a rehearsal before the big show. Celine Dion was also there, Taking Chances with a risque silver dress...hahaha, sorry, I couldn't resist :) Rihanna sang too. We have a new champion in the long hair contest among celebrities boys!! Rene, Celine Dion's adorable child was photographed sporting a serious mane. I just ADORE Celine personally and professionally. I wish I had the chance to catch her Vegas show because I am sure it was spectacular!Splash
