'How I Met Your Mother' Star Cobie Smulders Welcomes a Daughter

Now I'm sure 'How I Met Your Mother' co-stars Alyson Hannigan and Cobie Smulders will have a lot to talk about! Cobie gave birth to a baby girl and apparently kept it very under the radar since Shaelyn Cado was born on May 16. Cobie has said the two talked about baby-related stuff on the set already.

"You really can't help it, because you have babies on the brain, and you
can't help but talk about it a lot," [Cobie] laughed. "From creams,
doctors, birth methods, dilation ... You talk about everything." 

"It's nice because we can just talk about babies all day long, and not
be like, 'Okay, this person has to be sick of this,' because you know
that she's just as excited as I am," noted Hannigan. 

Congratulations to Cobie and her fiance Taran Killam.

Will The Mother Be Revealed On "How I Met Your Mother?"

Could it be?  In the fourth season of How I Met Your Mother, is the identity of the mother about to be revealed?  According to HIMYM co-creator, Carter Bays, it's... possible.  He gave EW.com's Michael Ausiello some prized scoop on the matter.

'At the end of the season, we will address the title of our show,'
reveals Bays, adding that the last four episodes will feature 'big
events in the lives of our characters -- specifically Ted (Josh
Radnor). We're going to wrap up some things that have been left
dangling.

'...I will say at the very least that the season will end with a
complete sentence,' he teases. 'We've left some sentence fragments
dangling in past seasons, but this year, there will either be a period,
a question mark or an exclamation point. We will be giving the audience
that.' "

So Carter wouldn't spill if the mother would or would not be identified, but at the very least, there will be more information.

Alyson Hannigan Attends An Evening With 'How I Met Your Mother'

Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof joined Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Neil Patrick Harris, and Cobie Smulders at an evening with 'How I Met Your Mother' held at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Look at that pregnancy glow! She looks so happy - my little Willow!

Any fans of the show? It's been on for a few seasons, but really haven't gotten into it. Is it worth a look?
