Lisa Kudrow To Guest Star On Cougar Town
Exciting news for Friends and/or Cougar Town fans! It's been confirmed that Lisa Kudrow is guest starring alongside Courteney Cox on her new hit show in November.
" she’ll play a dermatologist that my character can’t stop going to even though the doctor is mean to me,” said Courteney. “She’s the best in town at what she does and I become addicted.”
I can only imagine the hilarity that will ensue!
Courteney also admitted that she asked Matthew Perry to come on the show:
“I did ask Matthew if he’d play my boyfriend on the show,” she said. “He thought it was a little too much after Chandler and Monica.”
She'd also love for Jennifer Aniston to come and join her!
"I’d love for her to be on the show, too,” Courteney said. “Obviously we can’t cast her so close to Lisa’s appearance but if there’s a great part for her, I’d send it right away. She’s younger than me so she can’t play my contemporary even though she did on Friends, but I think we can find something great for her to play.”
Did you watch Jennifer's appearance on Courteney's previous show, Dirt? Do you think it's a good thing that her old castmates come and do guest roles? I was surprised to hear her say that Jennifer couldn't play her "contemporary" since she's younger. They are only about 5 years apart, right?

Courteney Cox Filming For Cougar Town
Courteney Cox was snapped shooting scenes on the beach for her new show Cougar Town today. She is in the most amazing shape! The cast of the show must be very happy - it was announced this week that ABC ordered a full season of the show! The cast is top-notch and the writing is fantastic!

Courteney Cox Talks Baby Number 2
Courteney Cox-Arquette is getting ready to have another child because “time's a-ticking”. The 45-year-old actress has revealed she and husband David Arquette – who presently have daughter Coco, five - are preparing to have a second child while they still can.
“We're not trying yet. We're revving up the engines. I'm only ready because time's a-ticking.
“If I was 34, I'd wait another year. I want Coco to be helping me with the next one. One child is hard. Two is probably harder."
The former ‘Friends’ actress is comfortable with her age and her body and had no problems stripping off for the pilot of her new TV show ‘Cougar Town’, which sees her character Jules Cobb examining her naked body in a mirror.
“I'm not the young one anymore. I'm not going to be the up-and-comer. When you accept this certain thing about getting older - and I'm not saying there's anything wrong - it's just that I'm just not 20 anymore. I'm not in my 30s. And that's OK. There's something very freeing about that."
Courteney and David, 38, will star together in horror movie ‘Scream IV’ which is set to be filmed next year.
Courteney Cox Was Afraid David Arquette Would Cause Issues At Coco's School
Courteney Cox was terrified her husband would get their daughter expelled from kindergarten. The former ‘Friends’ star says rules at five-year-old Coco’s school are very strict and was horrified when spouse David Arquette broke them.
“It’s an amazing school, but they have strict rules. David was out of town, we’ve been known to be late, and the lady was like, ‘I’ll say this, it’s very, very important for you all to be on time.’
“When he got back he wanted to drop her off and afterwards he’s like, ‘I was a little late.’ I said, ‘How late?’ and he goes, ‘Fifteen minutes.’ ‘What time did you get there?’ ‘9am.’ I said, ‘No, you weren’t 15 minutes late. It starts at 8.20am. You were 40 minutes late!’ ”
As well as being late, David had dressed Coco in a banned outfit and put forbidden food in her lunch box.
“I said, ‘David, that’s three rules!’ Our communications went through a breakdown, but we’re going to get through it. We’re going to get expelled.”
Courteney says she’s shocked at how many rules there are and says they are easy to unintentionally break. She told US talk show host Ellen DeGeneres:
“I mean, so many rules you can’t believe it. You can’t bring certain snacks because other kids are allergic. You can’t wear certain clothes because, I’m not sure, they’re too risque? I’m not sure. And, you know, Coco loves to dress up.”
It's so true! When I was in school, my mother didn't have to worry about any of these issues. Today is a different world - that's for sure. I have to make Natalie lunch once a week and I start sweating just THINKING about what to pack.

Celebrities Attend Rock A Little, Feed A Lot
Marcia Cross, Sheryl Crow, Lisa Kudrow, Isla Fisher, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Katharine McPhee, Christina Applegate and Alanis Morissette each attended the 'Rock a Little, Feed a Lot' benefit concert in aid of the L.A. Regional Food Bank & Feed America held at Club Nokia
Los Angeles last night.
A special concert being held during Hunger Action Month (September) to help raise awareness and funds for the 35 million people who are at risk of hunger in America.
Sheryl joined Benji Madden, Ben Harper and Jonny Lang on stage during the event to entertain the crowd - and what a crowd it was!

Courteney Cox Says She Felt Intimidated By David Arquette
Courteney Cox-Arquette felt “intimidated” by her husband. The 45-year-old actress learned a lot from David Arquette, 38, when they first started dating because he had more relationship experience.
"I was intimidated by David. He has lived many, many lives I think. He is a worldly boy. He has done more things in his young years than I have in my whole life. So he taught me a lot."
David recently admitted he used the things he had learned to land a date with Courteney after they were cast in ‘Scream’ together. The actor confessed he had “tricked” the ‘Cougar Town’ actress into falling in love with him.
"Was it love at first sight? For me it was, but not for her. I had to trick her.
"We met at a pre-party before we started filming ‘Scream’. I was being a little cocky and Courteney was like, 'Ah, I've heard of you,' and we just kept flirting for a while. She's just so gorgeous and she jokes around so much."
Are you watching Courteney's 'Cougar Town'? Planning on tuning in? No one I know is watching it, but it had a pretty solid opening. The season opener attracted 11.6 million viewers!! WOW!!

I am LOVING the Great Gatsby theme 'Gossip Girl' is running with this week. Looks like Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Ed Westwick, Penn Badgley, and Hilary Duff are all getting ready to some sort of costume party. What an era right?
Can anyone id the drink Blake is holding in the Starbucks cup? I've never seen that before - was hoping one of you order the same thing and can name it.
The young Hollywood stars weren't the only actors who were busy at work yesterday afternoon. Courteney Cox was also seen on set of her new show, 'Cougar Town'. Did you see the commercial where the young guy her character is about to sleep with asks her about her c section scar? I almost died with laughter!
