Real Housewives of New Jersey Star Danielle Staub Being Sued By Ex Husband
As if Danielle Staub didn't have enough drama in her life, 'The Real Housewives of NJ' star's ex-husband Kevin Maher is suing over rape allegations.
Shortly after, Danielle told another magazine that Kevin's version of her life was "completely absurd" (although court papers from her FBI case file soon surfaced, backing up Kevin's story). Danielle then went on to claim that Kevin had raped her on broken glass and killed her dog!
Now Kevin is back on the offensive! On Oct. 8, he filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Danielle, 47, over her "false and defamatory statements," as well as the "threat" she made against him on the June 24 RHONJ reunion show, in which she said her fans and friends "would protect her" and that Kevin was "going down!" He's asking the court for an as yet undetermined amount of monetary damages.
So why now? After the reunion show aired, Kevin's wife feels very nervous about retaliation from Danielle's friends and family.
"The reason we just now filed a lawsuit is because since the reunion show where Danielle threatened me, my wife, Maribel, has been a nervous wreck," Kevin, 55, an L.A.-based private investigator, tells Star. "Shortly before the reunion show aired, she gave birth to our daughter, Kaley — and my main concern is for my wife and daughter. This woman's lies and threats have to be stopped as she is harming my family and my business."
I'm pretty sure this won't be the last we hear of these two.
Kim Kardashian Hosts The Three-O Vodka Bubble Launch
Last night Kim Kardashian hosted the Three-O Vodka Bubble launch at the Greenhouse in New York City. She was joined by her sister Khloe Kardashian and a few of the Real Housewives of NY and NJ - Danielle Staub, Jill Zarin, and Kelly Killoren. Wonder if Kelly stayed for 5 minutes and left? Seems to be her M.O. right? :)
Loving Kim's makeup! Do you go that dark when it's time to dress up for the nightlife? I'm not so sure my eyes are big enough to handle the look - but it looks FAB on Kim.

No Sex Tape Release For Danielle Staub - For Now
Is it just me? Or should Real Housewives of New Jersey's Danielle Staub get off of television, pack her children up and start a much quieter life somewhere else? I MEAN ONE STORY AFTER ANOTHER. HOW ARE HER DAUGHTERS HANDLING THIS?
Besides all the other information we learned this week about Danielle's past, this week a court order has been released blocking the distribution of a sex tape the reality star was in shot by a cellphone. It just doesn't stop...
On Wednesday, a judge ordered an injunction banning the release of any sexually explicit footage featuring the reality star, 46, and ex Stephen Zalewski, 27.
"We went to court today to prohibit the distribution of any tape or photograph and temporarily restrain him from doing that, and we were successful," her attorney Darren Del Sardo tells Usmagazine.com.
Temporarily is the key term here. And if you are a fan of the show - yes, Stephen Zalewski. The love of her life who was 20 years her junior.
She needs to start surrounding herself with good people because what's Danielle's been doing for the last 30 years hasn't been working.

- Staub,
at the time in her early 20s and known legally as Beverely Merril, was
working as a high-class escort under the name Angella Minelli. - The
drug dealer, Daniel Claudio Aguilar, age 23 at the time, originally met
Staub through an escort service. Whether their relationship was
strictly "professional" or developed into a romance isn't specified. - Aguilar
was selling two kilos of cocaine in a deal brokered by Staub's
neighbor, Centolella. The deal went bad when Staub transported one of
the kilos to Centolella's apartment for testing, where she was ambushed
and robbed of the coke. In retaliation, Aguilar took Centolella captive
and demanded $25,000 from his father. - The documents claim Staub made the first threatening phone call to the father.
- The FBI busted Aguilar at 8625 SW 45th St., where they also found Staub, $16,000 in cash, and six kilos of cocaine.

Real Housewives Cast Subs For Kathie Lee On 'Today'
Oh, This. Should. Be. Good! Kathie Lee Gifford, co-host of the fourth hour of the 'Today' show, is going on vacation next week. So, for Monday-Thursday, one of the 'Real Housewives' from each of the franchises will take her place.
[The housewives] will sit in for vacationing Kathie Lee Gifford to chat about news, do interviews and take part in wacky Today show segments."
- Bethenny Frankel (New York) is on Monday,
- Danielle Staub (New Jersey) is on Tuesday,
- NeNe Leakes (Atlanta) is on Wednesday, and
- Tamra Barney (Orange County) is on Thursday.
This should get the day off to an interesting start!

Bethenny Frankel Wants You To Know She Has a Scandalous Past Too!
So, on the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey', we found out that housewife Danielle Staub had a "scandalous" past that included "kidnapping, possession of cocaine, and extortion." What is fellow housewife Bethenney Frankel's response?
'Her whole scandal was 24 years ago,' Frankel told [nymag.com's Daily Intel] dismissively while
working the room in a snug cream suit at last night's party for
Frangelico at STK, before expertly turning the topic back to herself
and her own scandalous past. 'Twenty-four years ago I was dancing on a
speaker at the Palladium,' she said. 'I was 14, going to Manhattan,
going to the Palladium, finding my way in, which is illegal.''I met Brett Ratner at the Palladium when I was 14,' she told us. 'He told me that his parents owned Arabian
horses and that he was going to be a director. I was way too young to
be there. He used to fly to New York and go to Sweet Sixteens with me.' "
Oh! Scandalous!
Well, you have to admit, it's not good for a 14-year-old to be hanging out at those places, right?
