Oh David...

If there is anyone you should feel sorry for in this story, it's David Hasselhoff's daughter Hayley. She has seen her father in this state one too many times. 

In fact, Hayley is the one who found the actor unconscious on the floor and "barely breathing". The young girl called her mother who came and drove her ex-husband to Cedars-Sinai medical center for treatment.

David's battle with alcohol has been a long, very public one... and he doesn't seem to be winning.

He was registered with a .39 alcohol level. Hasselhoff, 56, has had a history of alcohol problems, which included a home video in 2007 in which he was drunk and lying on the floor, eating a hamburger, while his daughter Taylor, 18, begged him to stop.

Although a source told RadarOnline.com that the America's Got Talent judge was "barely breathing when they got him to the hospital," he is reportedly recovering. "This is about the seventh time he’s been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning," the source said.

Does anyone remember that video? It was so very sad.

It's always fun when Coachella rolls around because such a big mix of celebrities attend every year. So this year it was no surprised to see lots of random star at the event. David Hasselhoff, Sienna Miller and Elijah Wood were all spotted out on day 3. Just a few comments here...is Elijah bringing the Brokeback Mountain look back with that shirt? Aww, he looks cute in his country style :)And this is weird, but the girl with The Hoff looks like she has no bellybutton...it must be under her shirt, but upon first glance I was like WHAT?!?Flynet

Hey Now! David Hasselhoff sure likes to show off his curves. Here he is hosting a party at his house off the beach. I think I have those jeans. :)



The following day David went out with Haley for some lunch. His daughter was photographed wearing a "Don't Hassel The Hoff" shirt which I LOVE! He must be really fun to hang out with. They seem to have a great relationship.

How funny is this? Heather Locklear became the paparazzi's biggest competition when trying to get that million dollar shot of who?!

David Hasslehoff! Who knew Heather was a fan? Guess when you are used to seeing photographers ALL the time you've got to make it lighthearted and fun.

In an attempt to defend his recent bizarre behavior on an Australian television show, John Stamos released the following statement. I am all about setting the record straight. But why did he have to bring David Hasselhoff into the mix? I would have gotten the point without the reference. Watch the video if you missed the interview.

"I was not drinking. I did not drink either morning. I do not have an alcohol problem. I am not David Hasselhoff. This is not a pattern. Now I know that Ambien is an eight-hour sleeping pill so if you take it, you better get eight hours sleep. Do not take it at five in the morning. I really do feel bad. I hope Australia will give me a chance to redeem myself. I love Australia. My plan is to retire there, still."

How very, very sad... David Hasselhoff's daughter filmed footage of her father drunk out of him mind attempting to eat a hamburger. All the while he is making excuses for his actions saying he is sad and lonely. He can barely sit up straight nevertheless put together a cohesive thought. How traumatizing for Taylor! You can hear her begging her father to quit drinking on the film:

"Dad, look what this is doing to you. You have to stop drinking alcohol. Promise me you won't drink anymore. They're going to come tomorrow and test you and you're going to lose your job."

David released a statement about the footage:

"I am a recovering alcoholic. Despite that I have been going through a painful divorce and I have recently been separated from my children due to my work, I have been successfully dealing with my issue. Unfortunately, one evening I did have a brief relapse, but part of recovery is relapse.

"Because of my honest and positive relationship with my daughters who were concerned for my well being there was a tape made that night to show me what I was like. I have seen the tape. I have learned from it and I am back on my game. I thank God for the love and concern from my daughters. The tape was never meant to become public, but got into the hands of individuals who are not worthy of mentioning, who maliciously released the tape for their own self purpose. I hope that someone else will learn from the tape, as I have."

David Hasselhoff has signed on to play Roger DeBris in The Producers. Not on Broadway... but in Vegas!!  America's Got Talent and The Hoff is one of them! PS - Roger is the flamboyant homosexual in case you aren't familiar with the names of the parts.

David Hasselhoff has signed on to play the role of Roger DeBris in the Las Vegas production of The Producers. And the show's creator Mel Brooks couldn't be happier: "He has incredible comedic timing, terrific musical theater experience, and a stage presence that I think will be a perfect marriage for the role." (Should we mention here that DeBris is a flamboyant homosexual movie director?) (source)

I was going to wait until tomorrow morning to update this story, but I must have just read about a dozen emails from readers telling me more information has been released about the Hasselhoff suicide story. David's wife,Pamela is saying the story was severely exaggerated and that their daughter was bleeding because the family cat scratched her arm. Bach says her daughter was scratched by the family cat Sunday night at around 6 p.m. She says her daughter was crying uncontrollably, so she called David and suggested that it might be appropriate for the girl to see a psychologist on Monday. At that point Bach claims David began ranting that he would call the police and bring her down.
Bach says at around 8 p.m. the police and paramedics arrived and said that David had called in a suicide attempt, so by law they had to take the girl to the hospital. She was released shortly after arriving there. (source)
