Avril Lavigne and husband Deryck Whibley were spotted out at MyHouse in Los Angeles.  Avril was "getting bombed" and arguing with Deryck, according to an eyewitness.

She kept downing vodka drinks, to the point where she was obliterated. She ended up fighting with her husband (Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 fame) before ignoring him completely."

Deryck reportedly sat alone on a couch while Avril chatted up "everyone else."  When he was ready to leave, Avril supposedly had two more vodka shots before leaving with him.

They were very young when they married; perhaps Avril wasn't quite ready?  Then again, what married couple doesn't have spats? 

Update: A source has denied the couple argued at LA club MyHouse, according to Us Weekly.

They were laughing and cuddling all night."

Enough noise has been made about their marriage troubles for Deryk Whibley's camp to make an official statement to quiet us all up. Yesterday's attempt to show a united front backfired on Avril Lavigne and her husband because every media outlet called it for what it was - a publicity stunt to counter this claim.

Well, today we are being told once and for all that there is nothing wrong with the relationship.

"For the record, we strongly deny the inference of marital problems between Avril and Deryck . We also strongly deny the National Enquirer claims of any other liaisons. "Deryck has in fact been traveling through Asia performing with Avril as evidenced by the numerous YouTube videos."

Whibley added:

"I’m actually very surprised that so many media outlets picked this story up . Since when did the National Enquirer become a trustworthy news source?"

What do you think? Is there trouble in Avril's marriage? Or did the National Enquirer just run with a story without checking its sources?

What? Marriage troubles? Us? Couldn't be! You see - here we are happily having dinner together.

I love the way this industry works.

We haven't seen this couple in AGGGGGGEEEEEEESSSSSS. But days after a release goes out claiming their marriage is in trouble, Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whilbey suddenly have an urge to go to paparazzi hot spot Madeo.

I wish their marriage only success. But the timing is uncanny.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley were hand in hand as they left Koi Restaurant in LA together. Whenever I see Avril and Deryck, I realize how very different we all are. Deryck is the complete opposite of my type... but Avril is so completely and utterly in love. They are like two peas in a pod. Goes to show you there is someone for everyone. :)

People have been saying for a while now that Avril Lavigne is pregnant but it looks like we can just put those rumors to rest once and for all. The proof is in the pudding... she is definitely NOT preggos! I don't even see a hint of a baby bump. Here she is enjoying a little getaway with hubby Deryck Whibley and a friend in Miami.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley were seen leaving the Brass Monkey Karaoke Bar.  I wonder if either of them did karaoke to their own songs, how funny would that be???  Avril must have enjoyed herself because she's actually smiling for the paparazzi...now that's not something we see too often!
 And did anyone else notice...Deryck is wearing literally, the exact same outfit he had on the last time we saw him.  The only difference is that he swapped out the black jacket for a jean jacket this time.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley looked like they had an amazing time on their honeymoon in Portofino, Italy. These photos tell such a great story. Young love is so precious. But I'm exausted just looking at all of these pictures. My vacations these days are less intense. Maybe I'm just lazy...
On July 11th, Avril wrote a little note to her fans on her website letting them know that her summer is going great and she is really taking her time and enjoying this moment.

I hope your summer is going good. It's my favorite time of year. I'm working on my songs. It's all coming along great. I'm just taking my time. It's nice not being under pressure... that's the way it should be...
