Eddie Cibrian's Wife Says He's Left Her Empty-Handed
According to TMZ, Eddie Cibrian's wife, Brandi, is claiming he is not helping her out financially since leaving her for LeAnn Rimes. Brandi says that Eddie refuses to help her pay for gas and food, even though Eddie is paid $60,000 per episode on CSI: Miami. According to the papers, however, it does say that he's been paying her "household bills".
She's asking for over $39,000 a month for spousal and child support, according to the divorce papers. According to TMZ, it will go for things such as:
so she can pay for things like the kids' schooling, the car, medical bills and of course -- pilates.
Do you think a husband should continue to pay for basic things like food and gas even after a separation? Do you think some might expect it in this case because he left her for another woman?

Brandi Glanville Is Seeing Too Much Of LeAnn Rimes
This does not sound good. Eddie Cibrian's estranged wife, Brandi Glanville, claims LeAnn Rimes is way too close for her comfort.
"I have a new neighbor and her name is LeAnn Rimes. She's moved in a half a mile from my house and a block from my son's school. So she is completely space invading me at the moment so things are not cool," Glanville, 36, told Usmagazine.com...
Glanville says her run-ins with Rimes in Calabasas, Calif. are "not pleasant."
"There is a point where she needs to have a sensitive side and back the F up," she says.
Glanville says she even spotted Rimes in front of her six-year-old son Mason's school as she picked him up.
"Honestly, she's Single White Female-ing me. She wants my life," Glanville goes on. "She wants my kids. She wants my husband. She can have most of everything but just not my children or my family."
I can understand Brandi not wanting to see LeAnn, but this may be a little extreme. Then again, Los Angeles is a very spread-out city, so it seems like a place where keeping your distance would be pretty easy.
However, Brandi said her children with Eddie have no idea their parents are "feuding." I hope that's true.

LeAnn Rimes' And Eddie Cibrian's Estranged Spouses Support Each Other
I don't know why this surprises me, but it certainly makes sense. As LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have gone public with their relationship, LeAnn's estranged husband, Dean Sheremet, has reached out to Eddie's estranged wife, Brandi Glanville, according to Us Weekly.
"They have been supporting each other," an insider says of the pair,
who first met last fall while visiting their spouses on the Calgary,
Alberta, set of the Lifetime romance Northern Light.At the time, they didn't know an affair had begun. Now, the source tells Us Weekly, "They've put the pieces together about the last few months, and they're developing a good friendship through this."
Adds a Sheremet pal, "They're the ones who understand what the other is feeling."
Dean reportedly has been struggling. When asked how it felt seeing pictures of LeAnn and Eddie on vacation together, he said:
"I don't really know what to say. It's bizarre. It's surreal. But I'm doing OK."
Hopefully they will be able to support each other through what must be a difficult time.

Eddie Cibrian Speaks Out (Again)
Now that he has filed for divorce, Eddie Cibrian has issued another public statement.
"From the outset I have made a conscious
decision to try and keep this matter private and not discuss it in the
press," the actor said in a statement to Access Hollywood. "While my wife and I are dissolving our marriage, we will work together to parent our two children.""I love my boys very much. I want only the best for them and am committed to being a devoted father," he continued.
"I will continue to be respectful and
sensitive to this issue by not doing interviews about this ongoing
private matter," he said. "I wish everyone would do the same."
I actually suspect Eddie means what he says. I'm sure he didn't MEAN to crush the lives of everyone else involved. Sure he and LeAnn are happy - but what about everyone else trying to pick up the pieces?
And what of his estranged wife's (Brandi Glanville) assertion that Eddie and LeAnn Rimes are planning a trip to Mexico? Is it the best time for something like this?
Hopefully Eddie and Brandi will find a way to shield their sons as much as they can from this mess... meaning - keep the argument out of the public eye.

Eddie Cibrian Has Officially Filed For Divorce From His Wife
This whole story is so dirty. I can't stand writing about it. I feel TERRIBLE for the people that are getting so publicly hurt in this mess.
LeAnn Rimes’ boyfriend has officially filed for divorce from his wife.
Eddie Cibrian – who is thought to have begun an affair with the singer in March when they were both still married – has started legal proceedings to end his eight-year marriage to Brandi Glanville.
Brandi revealed:
"He filed on Monday and I accepted it. We're getting a divorce. We talked to each other yesterday.
"It's just over for me. We're both happy. This is going to be good."
Brandi claims she knew there was something going on between Eddie and LeAnn when the couple went on a double date with the blonde star and her spouse Dean Sheremet.
She told Us Weekly magazine:
"We went to play pool, went for sushi, dancing. But it was different from when other women flirt with Eddie. It was a little more reciprocated."
But Brandi also noticed how affectionate LeAnn and Dean seemed to be with another.
She said:
"They were very touchy-feely. They seemed happy. But I felt it was almost like, 'I love my husband. I'm not after your husband.' "
After reports of an affair between Eddie and LeAnn surfaced, Brandi and Eddie – who have two children together – went to counseling in a bid to save their relationship.
However, during that time the actor never cut off contact with the 26-year-old singer.
Brandi said:
"We were in therapy, but he never stopped talking to LeAnn so how could that have worked?"
Eddie Cibrian's Wife Speaks Out
We already know Brandi Glanville, Eddie Cibrian's estranged wife, warned that the actor "may just end up drowning himself" in that "unfair fishbowl" that Eddie feels he lives in as an actor. Brandi spoke more in-depth to People about what life has been like since she left Eddiesince he and LeAnn Rimes are now dating publicly.
"He's just somebody I don't know."
"I don't understand," she says now. "You think you know one thing and you wake up and it's all been a lie."
Brandi said she has a hard time explaining the situation to their two sons, Mason (6) and Jake (2).
"They know that daddy is at work all the time," she says. "That's what
I tell them. When he does come home it is surprising for them and they
are very happy."Glanville, on the other hand, has a different reaction: "I'm just like, 'You know what? You're not the man I married.' "
She adds that she has spoken with Rimes twice recently, and told her, "'He's all yours.' "
Brandi told People she will file divorce papers soon.
"There is one side of him that I absolutely love and always will," she
notes, "but that side of him is not the side I'm divorcing."
Brandi sounds like a strong person. I suspect she'll be able to pull through this and be better off in the end.
And I suspect LeAnn is in for some really tough lessons, like: (1) married men aren't the most trustworthy individuals to get involved with, and (2) it's a major red flag when the wife just says "take him."

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian Go Public
You have no idea how much I wish I had the rights to these photos to show them to you, but I don't so you'll have to go here. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian have gone public with their romance with their first public outing: at a golf course.
"Eddie arrived at the private country club in his Porsche a few minutes
before LeAnn," says an eyewitness. "LeAnn was beaming when she saw
Eddie and the two gave each other a quick hug. Eddie was sweet and went
to buy water and energy drinks from the golf store."
They reportedly spent about three hours there.
"LeAnn was sans makeup and looked very happy and carefree. Between
holes, LeAnn leaned back, put her feet up and sipped her energy drink
while Eddie drove her around on a golf cart," adds the source. "They
weren't super affectionate, and instead more flirty in a fun and loving
way."Despite their attempts to be discreet, the
eyewitness tells PEOPLE, "They had lots of chemistry. They are a cute
couple and they looked very happy and comfortable together."
Us Weekly claims that before this golf date, LeAnn and Eddie have only met in secret. They also got Eddie's wife's, Brandi Glanville, reaction to Eddie's comments about being "placed in an unfair fishbowl:"
"Eddie is a compulsive liar, cheater and a home wrecker, and he has
been an absentee father," she says. "Eddie may just end up drowning
himself in that 'unfair fishbowl.' "
Brandi, who has left Eddie, also said his choices have "hurt" their two children: Mason, age 6, and Jake, age 2.
And as if this isn't enough drama, LeAnn is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police for an alleged hit and run accident, according to TMZ. Officials reportedly questioned LeAnn about leaving the scene after hitting another car around 7:45 pm last night, after her golf date with Eddie.
The LAPD has not decided if the case should be sent to the City attorney for possible prosecution.
