Elisabeth Hasselbeck Is Done Having Babies
Three is the magic number for Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her husband, Tim. Elisabeth just returned to work on The View after giving birth to her son, Isaiah. The couple also have a daughter, Grace (4), and son, Taylor (almost 2). Elisabeth was on Barbara Walters' XM radio show today and shared her feelings on adding to the Hasselbeck clan.
She was asked if she planned on getting pregnant again:
"No, I don't," she said "If something happened and I was pregnant again ... I don’t know how that would happen, because I'm clearly avoiding my husband,"
But she says the self-control is difficult:
"He's so cute, this is the problem ... he's very cute."
She was asked if she'd ever heard of birth control and she responded with:
"Yeah, I have. It takes a while to kick in once you start one. But in the meantime, I just find him incredibly attractive. So, it's not like I'm that disciplined, so right now, my strategy is dressing in a way that will not get me pregnant."
What does that entail exactly? She says:
"Nothing too cute, I'm trying to wear nothing too revealing."
I can only imagine how hectic their lives are already with her career and three kids at home. I believe her husband is retired from the NFL now? Did you have a "magic number" that you decided to stop at with having kids?

Elisabeth Hasselback Has A Bit Of A Nip Slip
Elisabeth Hasselbeck returned to The View today after being on maternity leave with her third child, Isaiah. She shared a small embarrassing moment with the ladies (and audience) on The View.
"I had just been feeding him, and I took the photo, he had this huge, huge smile, and it was the cutest picture, so immediately I forward it to everyone in my family distribution list—my mom, my dad, my brother, Tim's dad, his brother, his mom, his other brother—and I sent it to myself, 'cause I'm on the list. So I get home and I open up the photo to see my cute little guy. No wonder why he's smiling because my nipple is in the photo!"
She also shared (joked) about regretting the name they chose:
"I just can't believe I named him Isaiah, 'cause he'll never be able to spell his own name," she laughed. He's gonna totally fail kindergarten!"
Have you ever sent a picture via phone without checking it first? I mean, at least it was just her family, right?

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Talks About New Baby & His Health "Hiccup"
Elisabeth Hasselbeck called in to The View this morning to chat with her cohosts about her new baby boy, Isaiah. He was born on August 16th and is the third child for her & husband Tim.
Elisabeth briefly shared that baby Isaiah was in the hospital longer than expected but didn't elaborate on the circumstances surrounding his extended stay:
"He's great. We had a little bit of a hiccup," she said, adding that he was "in the hospital for a couple of weeks more than we thought."
Elisabeth also joked that the ladies should be glad that she was appearing via telephone:
"I haven't showered in about a week. Be thankful that it's via phone."
Elisabeth is due to return to her co-hosting duties in the middle of October.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Is Pregnant!
Elisabeth Hasselbeck is pregnant again!She made the big announcement on The View this morning.
"We are thankful for such great news and will begin planning our zone defense strategy immediately."
Elisabeth and her husband, Tim, already have a 15 month old son, Taylor Thomas, and a 3 year old daughter named Grace.
Congratulations to the happy couple!

Elisabeth Hasselbeck & Eric Mabius At A Disney Event
Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her daughter attended a Disney themed event for Toys-R-Us yesterday afternoon. Eric Mabius from, "Ugly Betty" and his wife were also there and I must say Eric is one fine looking daddy. :)

Celebs React To Elisabeth Hasselbeck's N-Word Comments
The discussion on The View got heated when Elisabeth Hasselbeck tried to say that neither an African American person nor a Caucasian person should use the n-word in any context. Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd said it was different for them. Now a few more celebrities are weighing in on this heavy topic.
Taye Diggs:
“(Hasselbeck) doesn’t
understand, and, no offense — I don’t think any white person has the
right to tell a black person or to even weigh in on subject matter such
as that,” Diggs told “Access Hollywood” on Thursday. “They don’t know
what it’s like to be called that word; they don’t know what it’s like
to be black.“They
can have an opinion, but… don’t take a word that you created and called
me for many, many years, and then me being in my position, have the
strength to change what it means in my own culture,” he explained.
“Don’t try to take it back now. Now it’s ours. Leave it alone.”
Scrubs star, Donald Faison:
“I don’t think Elisabeth Hasselbeck would ever have to worry being
called the ‘N-word’ … For her to be offended by it, it’s kind of weird.
African-Americans have used it now as a term of endearment, or how to
describe a situation. So for her to say something like that, she has no
idea what power it has over anyone.”
