Elizabeth Mitchell Talks About 'Lost'
If you're an Elizabeth Mitchell fan who was devastated to see what happened to her character, Juliet, in 'Lost' (I won't mention specifics even though the season finale did air six months ago), then you're in luck: she's returning to TV tomorrow night in the highly-anticipated remake of the 1980's show 'V.'
Yet when she sat down with Entertainment Weekly, all the questions were about, of course, 'Lost.'
What was it like to film that final scene?
"..for me it was... easily heartbreaking. It wasn’t one of those things to think about it. [The scene] was really primal. And it was such a lovely opportunity because there’s always been this theory that I just may be a really really horrible actor because I don’t show any emotion. I love that we got to see all of her rage, because to me, that’s what’s driven her. To have the calm exterior, I always had to have that underneath..."

Day 1 Of San Diego's Comic Con 2009
I am SO UPSET I didn't go this year!!! It's making me SICK to see these pictures! 2010 - I am so there. :)

Myspace and IGN hosted a party for 'Jennifer's Body' at Comic-Com and Megan Fox was dressed for the part. Her new movie is a horror flick and I just love how Megan did it up with the darker lipstick and black dress.
Elizabeth Mitchell from 'Lost' signed autographs at the event in San Digeo. She is just one of many stars scheduled to appear. Tyrese Gibson was also on board to promote his new comic book, 'Mayhem'. Lastly, Anna Faris, Andy Samberg and Elijah Wood were each photographed heading back to the Hard Rock Hotel after a long day of greeting fans!

For all of the Juliet fans on Lost... uh-oh. Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello has got more scoop for us, but this scoop might make you queasy. Elizabeth Mitchell has just been cast in ABC's "eagerly anticipated" V pilot (yep, that V: the one where they eat rodents).
So what does this mean for Elizabeth's character, Juliet, on Lost? Ausiello has been saying that there will be "a major" and a "major-ish" (each) death this season. Could this casting news mean Juliet is a goner?
Ausiello reported that his "moles" have told him Elizabeth is only a guest star on V, but then he adds something more chilling...
[E]veryone told me the same thing when tailie Cynthia Watros booked a pilot (and two months later, Libby was pushing up daisies)."
Tell me if you're worried while I rock myself and whimper no no no no no...

Love It Or Hate It: Elizabeth Mitchell
Elizabeth Mitchell is photographed above arriving to the '7th Annual Breakthrough of the Year Awards' in Los Angeles wearing a cute white dress, super blond hair, and some very interesting make-up. If there are any fans of "Lost" then you'll be surprised that Elizabeth plays Juliet on the show, though of course she looks much different. I included a picture below of what she normally looks like. I have to ask, what do you guys think of this outfit?
ABC's Lost Adds Two New Cast Members For Next Season
Lost (my second favorite tv show just behind 24) has added two new hot cast members to their Hawaiian crew. Last week, it was confirmed that Rodrigo Santoro signed on the dotted line (my guess to get down with Evangeline Lilly's character). Today ABC announced that Elizabeth Mitchell has joined to possibly play Matthew Fox's love interest.
Elizabeth Mitchell has joined the cast of ABC's hit drama "Lost" as a possible new love interest for Matthew Fox's character, sources said. Earlier this week, Brazilian actor Rodrigo Santoro signed on to co-star on the show, which begins its third season in the fall.
Mitchell next will be seen opposite Tim Allen in the feature "The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause," which opens November 3. Her other credits include HBO's "Gia," in which she played Angelina Jolie's lover, and a recurring role on "ER."(source)
