Sun kissed Ellen DeGeneres and her fiance, Portia de Rossi took a trip to Italy taking advantage of the holiday weekend. Here she is with her very own camera man in tow walking to Moro restaurant in Rome.

Forget about Ellen DeGeneres winning "outstanding talk show host" for the fourth year in a row at the 35th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, look at how cute she is showing off Portia De Rossi's engagement ring! I just LOVE this couple.

Ellen is one of those celebrities that I would probably go up to and hug... yes creepy I know. But she seems like such a genuine person and I really do wish her continued success and happiness.

You have to love Ellen DeGeneres! She isn't afraid to stand up for what she believes in. Here she is talking to John McCain about gay marriages.

Congrats to the happy couple! Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are getting married now that the California supreme court gave same sex couples the right to marry.

The pair has been dating since 2004. Ellen made the announcement on her show and the crowd went WILD and gave them a standing ovation!

Celebrities came out in droves to show their support to the 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards. TR Knight, Rufus Wainwright, Janet Jackson, Sarah Silverman, Cindy Crawford, Sofia Vergara, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi all walked the red carpet for the show held at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. Oh my gosh, I laughed so hard when I watched this that I almost fell out of my chair, literally!!! You HAVE to watch this video of Ellen in her "Hawaii Chair." It has a magic rotating seat that makes you skinny while you sit...I need one of these things!
Watch it and tell me how much you would love to sit in one of those while you work, hahahahaha :)

While other shows are shutting down and actors are joining the writer's guild during their strike, Ellen DeGeneres crossed the picket lines and continued with her taping. But it was all with good intentions she's insisting. Ellen realized that the majority of her audience made travel arrangements to be part of her show and didn't want to disappoint. Now, Hollywood protesters are making it known that it was the wrong move. DeGeneres is trying her hardest to make everyone happy. Here is what she told her audience the day of the taping.

"I want to say I love my writers.  I love them. In honor of them today, I'm not going to do a monologue.  I support them and hope that they get everything they're asking for. And I hope it works out soon. In the meantime, people have traveled across the country. They've made plans. They're here. I want to do everything I can to make your trip enjoyable and give you a show."

This isn't her season is it? First the whole dog adoption issue and now this.

Is. that. James. Franco? He looks... different. Actually, a lot different since we featured him as a Hot Guy of the Day. Here he is attending the Takashi Murakami celebration honoring Louis Vuitton artistic director, Marc Jacobs at a Gala Celebrating the Murakami Exhibition at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA. Oh Tyra Banks! The first thing that came to mind when I saw what Tyra decided to wear on the red carpet of the Daytime Emmy Awards was that scene from the Carol Burnett Show where she made the dress out of the curtain.That scene is timeless! The car goes Vroom! Vroom! Sorry - I'm at that stage in my daughter's life where I have to teach her different sounds. So all day long my house is filled with 'Moo', 'Oink', and 'Baaaa'. :) As usual, Kingston stole my heart. He is such a doll on set with Gwen Stefani and Ellen D.
