Emma Bunton Really Needs Her Smokes
Emma Bunton threw a "tantrum" in a nightclub because they wouldn't let her
smoke.
The former Spice Girls singer - nicknamed Baby Spice because she was so
sweet and innocent - shocked onlookers when she reportedly screamed at staff
at London's Mahiki nightclub because they wouldn't let her breach their
smoking ban in the early hours of Thursday morning.
A source at the club told the mailonline website:
"Emma came in with a pal and seemed to be in
good spirits. No one knew she was coming and staff managed to find a table
for her.
"After a while she asked a member of staff if she could smoke a cigarette
but was told that she wasn't allowed."
The 33-year-old star - who has a 22-month-old son Beau with her partner Jade
Jones - was outraged, and demanded to speak to a senior member of staff.
The source added:
"The manager came over and politely told her that the club
has a no smoking policy. He was overheard saying that they don't even do it
for the princes. Emma is usually so mild-mannered, so those who heard what
was going on were quite shocked."
Emma and her friend finished their drinks and left immediately, spending the
rest of their evening at the nearby Maddox nightclub.

WOW! Can you imagine? Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has been named 2008’s best selling children’s author. Ugenia Lavender has taken off and sold over 250,000 copies in the UK. The book is based on the antics of a feisty nine year old. Guess a ton of people can relate.
And not only has Halliwell seen massive sales, she has also been named
the most successful celebrity author in recent years, according to
British retailer WHSmith.
"I’m so happy that everyone loves Ugenia as much
as I do."
But the star isn’t stopping at writing short stories - she
announced earlier this week that she had penned her first
film screenplay. Geri sure knows how to keep busy. Good for her!
