Celebrities Attend The 18th Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards
NYC was filled with Hollywood's finest last night as many of our favorite celebrities came out to support the 18th Annual Gotham Independent Film Awards. Terrence Howard, Penelope Cruz, Amy Adams, Evan Rachel Wood (who went much lighter with her hair), Ethan Hawke, Rachel Weisz, Jeff Goldblum (who I love with all my heart and soul), Michelle Williams and Jennifer Esposito were among the crowd.

Ethan Hawke's Wife Really Wants You To See Clementine Jane
Is this a joke? The child was born July 18th and Ethan Hawke's wife, Ryan Shawhughes, is walking around the streets of Manhattan with Clemintine in her arms sans sling, uncovered for all the world to see. She knows the paparazzi are going to be looking out for the money shot.This feels so desperate to me.

Ethan Hawke's Wife Ready To Give Birth
Ethan Hawke's former nanny and current wife Ryan Shawhughes has checked into a hospital near the couple's home in N.Y.C. and is preparing to give birth. This will be their first child together.
Ethan hasn't cleared his schedule for the new baby, though. He's filming two movies in 2009! One of them is called New York, je t'aime, and the other is Brooklyn's Finest, so it sounds like he'll be staying close to home.
Update: That was quick! The couple just released a statement to UsWeekly. They had a baby girl named Clementine Jane on Friday and "they're thrilled!"

Ethan Hawke and his new wife (former nanny) Ryan Shawhughes were photographed walking their dog this past weekend in NYC. Ethan is an interesting guy that's for sure. I remember when he came out in Gattaca how flipping handsome he was. Now he's looking a little more haggard and thin.

Ethan Hawke Weds Former Nanny
Ethan Hawke married his former nanny earlier last month according to new reports online. Ryan Shawhughes and Ethan obtained a marriage license and married three weeks later completely under the radar.
Ryan was Ethan's nanny while married to Uma Thurman in case you forgot that part of the story. She now is pregnant with their first child.

Mark Ruffallo Shows Off New Daughter
Friends Ethan Hawke and Mark Ruffalo went for a walk around NYC with Mark's newborn daughter Odette. Adorable!! And the baby is pretty cute too. :) Sorry, but Mark is seriously on my top five.
Ethan Hawke Dating Children's Ex-Nanny For The Last Two Years
Ouch! I'm not saying Uma Thurman wants Ethan Hawke back. What I am saying is it must make it even more difficult to watch your ex move on when it is with someone you know - like your children's nanny! Then again, Uma has moved on over and over again since their official split several years ago, so perhaps she could care less.
The Daily News is reporting that Ryan, the couple's former nanny, contacted Ethan a year or so after his split from Uma and confessed her feelings to him. That phone call is all it took because the pair have been happily dating for the past two years.
"They are incredibly in love," one friend of Hawke's told us. A second pal said: "Yes, they've been keeping a lid on this for some time."
According to our first source, the former nanny, Ryan, contacted Ethan about a year after the split from Uma to confess her feelings. "She had nothing to do with the divorce, and they started seeing each other after she was no longer the children's nanny," says the friend.
