Eva Longoria Raises Money For 9/11 Workers
Thursday night, Eva Longoria participated in a charity auction to help raise money for the New York Rescue Workers Detox Project - an organization which benefits emergency workers injured during the World Trade Center attacks.
She started off by giving away a dinner for 12 at her restaurant Beso. As if that wasn't enough, the actress offered a personal appearance... while wearing an apron. LOL! And she better get practicing in the kitchen because Eva said she would make Beso's signature table side guacamole for the winner as well.
As a result, bidding on the item soared to $37,500.
The auction winner will also get a pair of tickets
to watch the star’s husband, Tony Parker, play basketball with the San Antonio Spurs.
How wonderful!
And in other news, Eva must have a secret deal with Gustto because I get emails from them almost every week sending me pics of Eva rocking another one of their bags. And here she is AGAIN with ANOTHER Gustto bag? How many can one person own from one company??? I don't always post the information, but at my count Eva's up to about 7 or 8 at this point.

Eva Longoria Says Marriage Is A Constant Honeymoon
I watched this live yesterday and was hoping someone would post the video online of Eva Longoria on The Rachael Ray Show. The actress says she is really happy and doesn't mind the long distant relationship with husband Tony Parker.
"(When we’re together) it is a honeymoon, because we only have three days together and we hardly fight because we know we don’t have much time. All the little things that couples argue about - we let them slide."

Desperate Housewives is going to take an... interesting turn when Teri Hatcher's character (Susan) kisses Eva Longoria's character (Gabby). They told TV Guide Magazine all about it.
The whole shoot took 'a millisecond,'
recalls Teri. 'Here’s the thing about being kissed by Eva Longoria: if
you ever had a question about why she’s so fabulous and has such a

Jessica Alba And Eva Longoria Parker At Beso
Eva Longoria Parker certainly hasn't had any trouble promoting her restaurant, Beso. She's spotted there all the time dining with her famous friends. I wonder if the food is any good or if it's just one of those see and be seen kind of places like The Ivy.
Last night Eva and Tony Parker were spotted leaving, and then Jessica Alba and Cash Warren came out and were swarmed by fans trying to get autographs. Jessica kept a smile on her face and made time to stop and say hi to lots of the people waiting.

Eva Longoria Helps Fight Children's Cancer
This weekend Eva Longoria, the national spokeswoman for Contra El Cáncer, accepted a $200,000 donation from AT&T to benefit the organization’s work in improving the quality of life for Latino children with cancer and their families.
“We are extremely grateful for AT&T’s generosity and commitment to PADRES and the Latino community,” said Longoria Parker, co-star of ABC’s “Desperate Housewives” and PADRES national spokeswoman. “The money AT&T raised will help us continue supporting families coping with the devastating effects of childhood cancer.”
The donation is the result of AT&T’s third annual campaign, which consisted of a fundraising effort to increase awareness of childhood cancer and collected donations from customers at more than 130 retail stores in the Greater Los Angeles area. Customers who purchased AT&T Advanced TV and wireless services received $100 cash back and were encouraged to donate a portion of those savings to PADRES.
To date, AT&T has donated approximately $700,000 to PADRES to aid in the organization’s mission. For more information about PADRES, visit http://iamhope.org.
