Jaclyn Smith Says Farrah Fawcett Is Now Resting With The Angels

Farrah Fawcett is now resting with the angels, says her former 'Charlie's Angels' co-star.
The 62-year-old actress lost her fight against anal cancer yesterday (25.06.09) and actress Jaclyn Smith believes Farrah is now being looked after in heaven.
"Farrah had courage, she had strength, and she had faith. And now she has peace as she rests with the real angels."
Kate Jackson - who appeared alongside Farrah and Jaclyn in the hit 70s TV show - says she will always remember how happy Farrah was despite the pain she suffered during the final stages of her life.
She said:
"When I think of Farrah I will remember her kindness, her cutting dry wit and, of course, her beautiful smile.
"Today when you think of Farrah remember her smiling, because that is exactly how she wanted to be remembered."
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner said Farrah - famed for her flicked out blonde hair and enviable figure - was the ultimate pin-up and was the "Marilyn Monroe" of the 70s.
He added:
"Men fell in love with her and women wanted to look like her. She had a magic that never went away. She became a part of the pop culture."
Family friend Tori Spelling - whose late father Aaron Spelling produced 'Charlie's Angels' - felt privileged to know Farrah.
She said:
"Farrah was an inspiration to all, and had the most amazing spirit. She was one of the kindest, sweetest and funniest women I've had the privilege of knowing, and I'm proud to have called her a friend. Her smile will be greatly missed. My thoughts are with her family."
Ryan O'Neal Says Farrah Fawcett Is Now In A "Better Place"
Ryan O'Neal says Farrah Fawcett is now in a "better place".
The former 'Charlie's Angels' actress lost her fight against anal cancer yesterday and her actor fiance is relieved she is no longer in pain.
"She's gone. She now belongs to the ages. She's now with her mother and sister and her God. I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much. She was in and out of consciousness. I talked to her all through the night. I told her how very much I loved her. She's in a better place now."
Ryan was with Farrah when she died at St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica along with her best friend Alana Stewart.
Alana said:
"There are no words to express the deep sense of loss that I feel. For 30 years Farrah was much more than a friend, she was my sister, and although I will miss her terribly, I know in my heart that she will always be there as that angel on the shoulder of everyone who loved her."
Farrah's ex-husband Lee Majors also spoke of his upset over her death, saying:
"She fought a tremendous battle against a terrible disease. She was an angel on earth and now an angel forever."
That just made me cry...
The 62-year-old star's former assistant Mike Pingel has revealed how she fought for her life until the very end.
Talking about when Farrah was first diagnosed with cancer in 2006, Mike said:
"I just gave her a huge hug. I told her she'll be fine and wiped away some tears. Farrah just said, 'OK, let's do it. Let's get this out of me.' She fought really hard."

Sending you positive thoughts Farrah...

Farrah Fawcett Is Angry With The Paparazzi

Farah Fawcett is already going through a tough time in her life, battling cancer. And she doesn't need the added stress of paparazzi following her every move, even while she's headed to the hospital for treatment in Germany.
"I didn't want to be photographed in a wheelchair, which is what
they're always trying to get. That just p**ses me off." And she
insists the fact she has become prey for the paparazzi isn’t helping
her battle anal cancer.
Fawcett adds, "Stress is what feeds your cancer. Stress is what gives
you cancer and then there's the paparazzi giving you stress…
Something has to be done."
I'm sure some day laws will pass about what the photographers can and can't do, but for now, there's no line they won't cross.
