I am a huge fan of the fitted blazer and jeans look with some fun heels- no better way to dress for the "casual workday"- you look pulled together, but can still show your great sense of style.

Little Headbands Are In
So yesterday I was driving to a birthday party listening to 95.5 WPLJ's Saturday Night 80s (yes I am an 80s freak) and the DJ said that an 80s trend was coming back into style. I raised the volume because I was dying to hear him say scrunchy socks or sky high bangs. But instead, he said suspenders are coming back to Wall Street. The days of casual business dressing are over for business men. He ended the skit with - 'at least I didn't say headbands and leg warmers'. And I thought to myself, 'but headbands ARE back'. In fact, I jumped on the trend about 2 weeks ago and wear thin headband every time I have my hair up in a pony tail. I did a little celebrity search and found Sandra Bullock at LAX and Hilary Duff at the ATM rocking the same look. I bought mine at Claire's for around $4.

Last weekend, one of my best friends & I were shopping in DC. She bought this sweater wrap that turned out to be one of the most amazing purchases ever - “ I am so disappointed that I didn't get one in every single color that they had! This sweater can be worn so many ways and looks so effortlessly chic, no matter what you have on underneath.

I totally love the tunic dresses that celebrities have been wearing- they look so cute with the high boots that are so in right now or you can dress them up with heels for evening. Either way that you wear it, it is a fabulous item to have in your closet!
