Back in 2013 Cameron Diaz took a break from acting and spent time promoting her book, The Body Book: the Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body. It was a New York Times Best Seller. And now she’s coming back with another book!
Lena Dunham stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres Show today to promote her new biography “Not That Kind of Girl.” The actress and author shared a few snippets from her book, including bits about celibacy and losing her viriginity in college being a little bit of a let down!
The “Girls” star decided at age 9 that she wanted to be celibate until after high school. She wrote her promise to herself on a piece of paper and ate it. “Because that’s how I thought you officially sealed contracts. I thought that’s basically what adults did if they were buying real estate, getting a divorce, you eat the paper.” [Read more…]
I was looking online for a new bathing suit because I am simply not loving the one that I own… and I came across this! Poor Ariel!! And look at that placement of that shark head. LOL Oh my goodness.
This Shark Vs. Mermaid swimsuit will definitely be something that the entire beach will be buzzing over.
Hello world. My birthday is on November 10th and I believe I’ve earned this t-shirt. I’ve eaten more bacon in the last 12 months that anyone on the planet. In fact, I believe that if I received this shirt… I would be able to conquer the world. I could become the Bacon Superhero I always knew I was deep down inside.
Full of surprises.
True story. My partner Audrey McClelland and I actually wanted to create this app last year. We had the same idea but never found the time or energy to get it together. I was happy to see FashionClyp in action because it’s a really cool concept for fashionistas looking for a bargain.
Basically, you choose the stores you want to connect with. There are over 200 to select from.
Then you can easily scroll through all of their sales. You get a nice visual of each item too. If you want to sort by price – that’s not a problem. Just use the scroll bar on top of your screen.
Oh and pay no mind to how low my battery was during these screen grabs (or what time it was – I have a 5 month old remember?? I’m up ALL THE TIME).
If you see an item you like, you can purchase it, zoom in to see more detail or share it socially. GREAT CONCEPT.

Honestly, three months ago I would have actually done this tutorial because I was ape sh** obsessed with Candy Crush. That app came at the perfect time for me. I just had a baby and was up… ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG. At 1AM, 3AM and 5AM during my late-night feedings, I would whip out Candy Crush and play for hours. I had like a billion friends which meant I had like a billion lives to use.
Ended up around level 160 or so and then realized I had an addiction and quit cold turkey.
My name is Vera Sweeney and I survived Candy Crush.
If you are still obsessed with the game, then this Candy Crush nail art tutorial is for you. It’s actually NOT that hard surprisingly. You just need the right colors and a steady hand.
