He shared:
“It’s always nice to show a bit of butt"
“I don’t think it was gratuitous. I think there is a good reason for my nakedness in this movie,” Gerard added.
The glimpse occurs during a scene where Gerard's character is being arrested - in the nude! LOL!
Jamie Foxx, his co-star in the movie gave his 2 cents:
“He has to do his whole thing for the ladies, which is great. But that’s when we men go to the concession stand.”
It's only fair. There's so much female nudity in movies but almost never any male nakedness. I was planning to see this one anyway but it's a just a bit more incentive, right?

Gerard Butler Lunches At Pastis In NYC
Gerard Butler was seen coming out of French bistro, Pastis in New York City after lunching with friends. YUMMY! If you are ever in town and are looking for a great meal with a side of celeb, check that place out. The actor looked as handsome as ever, though I don't know if I'm a fan of the man-purse he's rocking. What do you think? To murse or not to murse?
In other news, Gerard is rumored to be such a fan of his mother's blackberry jam that he carries a jar of it with him everywhere. LOLOLOLOL!!! The rumors we hear about these people are just hysterical.

Gerard Butler Needs His Carbs
Gerard Butler goes "crazy" when he has to diet. The 'Ugly Truth' actor hates losing weight for roles because he has to give up all the calorific foods he enjoys like cakes and french fries.
The 39-year-old star – who had to slim down for his shirtless scenes in new film 'Law Abiding Citizen' - said:
"I want to eat my potatoes and french fries and sponge cakes. When I play a role like this, I can't have my carbs and it makes me crazy!”
Mmmnnnn french fries and sponge cake.

Gerard Butler Says Katherine Heigl Will Make A Great Mom
The two met while filming 'Ugly Truth' and now Gerard Butler has nothing but kind things to say about Katherine Heigl's newest adventure - becoming a mom.
"She will be an amazing mom. She's incredibly responsible, smart and loving. This is a huge deal for her and she's going to take to it like a duck to water."
In fact, Gerard says Heigl used to mother him while filming.
"She mothered me. Anytime I was feeling under the weather or was having a hard day, that's when she was amazing. She would always come and check on me. I think she's naturally a caretaker in the best way."
And what does he think about the adoption?
"It's great that she did that," Butler said of Heigl's decision to adopt a special needs baby. "It's just a testament to her character and to her personality that she went out of her way to do that. It's a beautiful thing."
It seems everyone is so excited for Katherine these days.

Jennifer Aniston Shooting With Gerard Butler In Yonkers
We just need to get Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler to shoot a few scenes of their new movie in Staten Island. If that happens, I think the duo would have touched down on every part of NYC, Long Island and Westchester while completing 'The Bounty'. Those location scouts most certainly earned every penny of their salary on this film!
