Gillian Anderson Says Yes To Third X-Files Movie
Dana Scully will be back!
There was a little uncertainty about whether or not Gillian Anderson would appear in the third 'The X-Files' movie, but the actress has removed all doubt by confirming her role.
“Of course I would accept an offer to appear in a new ‘X-Files’ movie. There isn’t any reason not to do it.
“I feel a commitment to that group of people I worked with and we still enjoy doing it. There is no reason not to come together and do it again. If they can pull it off, we’ll find a reason to make it.”
Any X-Files fans? I don't know why, but I never got into the show. Everything about it is right up my alley, but it never sucked me in.

Gillian Anderson Appreciates Her British Accent
Gillian Anderson is one of those lucky actresses who doesn't have to fake a British or American accent, she has both! She loves it, but wishes that she had more control over when it switches back and forth.
“Even on the phone my accent will change. Part of me wishes I could
control it but I can’t.“I
just slip into one or the other. When I moved to the States I tried to cling on
to my British accent because it made me different.”
Gillian adds that she's also happy to have had so many experiences outside the U.S.
“I moved a lot for university and work but I never thought it
was a negative thing.“I
thought how lucky I was to have had formative years growing up in London. A lot
of Americans never set foot outside America. It can be an inward-looking
country.”

Gillian Anderson Praises Mothers Who Do It Alone
Well, if this isn't a Quote of the Day, then I don't know what is....
"One of the things I am most amazed at in life is women who raise their children without help. Some mothers are more built for it than others - higher levels of patience hormone - but it’s hard!
"How do you clean the house and make the dinner and do the shopping?"
I'm sorry - I just HAVE to laugh at this comment. I mean, that's what
you are SUPPOSED to do - not everyone can afford a nanny, a chef and a
maid. There are MILLIONS of women out there who raise their children
without help. Gillian Anderson has been making too much money for too long. :)

Anderson, who lives in London with her family," insists the British government should reward hardworking mothers for their strength".
She adds,
"Every last one of you should be given a medal and free health insurance, and a government-subsidized housekeeper."

Gillian Anderson Gives Birth
The gorgeous Gillian Anderson and boyfriend Mark Griffiths welcomed a healthy baby boy into this world on October 15th. He weighed in at 6lbs 15ozs and was born in London. Gillan and Mark chose the name Felix. This is Gillian's second son.
Congrats to the happy family! :)
Love It Or Hate it: Gillian Anderson
Gillian Anderson was at the UK Premiere of her new movie, "How To Lose Friends and Alienate People" last night in London wearing a very interesting dress. The first thing I thought of when I saw her dress was Pink and the dress she wore to the MTV awards. Many of you enjoyed Pink's selection. I'm curious to see if you will have the same opinion on Gillian's choice.
I feel guilty writing this Love it or Hate it because this actress is
on a pregnancy pass. I typically don't write about what anyone wears
during this time period as it's very hard to get something that fits
correctly. However, this set is more about the actual dress and not the
way it makes Gillian look.

Gillian Anderson Confirms Bill Clinton Still Has What It Takes
For the record, Bill Clinton never did it for me. But I can't TELL YOU how many people I've met who were head over heels in love with him. X Files star Gillian Anderson says that she now understands the pull after a recent meeting with our former President.
"We all, mostly women, lined up. And when he gets to you, he takes your
hand and makes eye contact. After he leaves and he moves on to the next
person, he looks back at you and seals the deal.
"When I got home, I expected to have a message from him, and I didn’t. I bet women across America expect it too."
