Madonna went all out while picking the outfit she would wear to celebrate her 50th birthday with husband Guy Ritchie. Thigh high boots, black tights, short shorts and a set of gold chains that would make Mr. T fall to the ground... hey to the now.

What do you think about Madonna's look? And I love how she is walking out of Swallow Street Club with Guy's present in hand. If you haven't heard, he bought her a $100,000 Rolex watch. Gave a quote about it and everything:

"She (Madonna) wanted it for a while, but she couldn't bring herself to spend that much money on a watch."

I'm poking fun with the title, but the man has a point. Morbid obesity is on the rise and sugar is much more accessible than crack. So, it's affecting people on a larger scale. Guy Ritchie just got a little dramatic about it that's all.

"Sugar kills. Think of the calories in sugar. Fat kills more people than anything else. Sugar is responsible for a lot of deaths, arguably more than crack cocaine. Arguably.

The British Sun is reporting that Madonna and Guy Ritchie are planning to renew their wedding vows during a 50th birthday celebration next month at the couple's country estate.

"It’s a very important dinner for them they want everyone to know they are still in love." The special ceremony will reportedly take place at the celebrity couple’s British country estate, with two rabbis flying in from New York to officiate.

The event will coincide with the celebration of the pop star’s 50th birthday, according to the publication. Madonna turns 50 on 16 August.

Has anyone ever done this?

I've always said I wanted to renew my vows (with party of course) after 10 years of marriage. But that is RIGHT around the corner. So JUST LAST NIGHT I told hubby I want to wait until 15 years. That way our children will be old enough to participate and really understand what's happening. I just LOVE this idea. 

Once again, Madonna and her entire family was spotted leaving the Kabbalah center located in NYC. While exiting the building, Guy Ritchie and Madonna walked out hand in hand.

Also hand in hand were Lourdes and a friend who just got a taste of what it's like to be famous.

"Madonna was very taken with Sandip. He told her there were orphans who would melt her heart. Guy was against the idea, but when she wants something, she gets it. Guy thought Madonna was mad to want to go through it all again. He has always been unsure about adoption as his own mother was adopted and had negative experiences of that. But they talked and talked and decided adopting a baby from India would be easier."

Madonna and Guy are going to have another big Brangelina style family :)

She just seemed really embarrassed. They didn't enjoy their meal and left after about an hour and a half."
