Chris Martin Clears Up Divorce Rumors
There's no trouble in Paltrow paradise according to ColdPlay frontman, Chris Martin. In fact, the singer insists the divorce rumors that just won't die down are completely false.
"I’m trying to think of when the last bit of bad news was. Well there
hasn’t been anything for a while. I’m supposed to be getting divorced
but those things aren’t happening so don’t really count as bad news."
That's good to hear. But questions like these are so loaded. I mean, how else would he respond to a reporter asking him about bad news in his life?

Batali Says Gwyneth Paltrow's Marriage Is Safe
Mario Batali has cleared up rumors that Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's marriage is on the rocks. In fact, the famous chef told Ok! Magazine that he sees the pair together all the time.
"Not true. I see them all the time. I don’t think they’re having problems."
"If you meet their kids, their kids are cool. And their kids have the fascination with new and open-eyed experiences. They’re delightful. Which means they’re being taken care of at home by their parents. That’s the key.
They’re really stay-at-home parents in a way that only rock stars and Academy Award winning actors can be. They’ve got a time to choose when they work, and they don’t have to work all the time."
For those of you who can't understand why Mario would have any insight on Gwyneth's life, the pair recently spent time together filming their cooking program, Spain... On the Road Again.
Gwyneth Paltrow Has No Plans To Star In Movies Until Children Are Older
While she doesn't mind taking on smaller roles in films she feels are worthy, Gwyneth Paltrow recently admitted that she is in no rush to lead a major motion picture while her family is still so young. The actress much rather spend time with her two little pumpkins, Apple and Moses.
"I haven’t starred in a film since my kids were born, and I don’t think I will. I’ll never get these days back - they’re so delicious and precious, and hilarious, I don’t want to miss them."
What would you do if you were in Gwyneth's situation? Meaning you didn't have to work because you were financially sound, but you had the ability to make millions a year if you chose to do so.
Reese Witherspoon Spends Thanksgiving With Gwyneth Paltrow And Jake Gyllenhaal
Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal were each spotted leaving a Thanksgiving party thrown by Richard Rogers at his Chelsea home in London. Looks like the trio spent Thanksgiving together on the other side of the pond.
I thought Gwyneth said she was taking care of the cooking for all of her ex-patriot pals? Guess it didn't work out.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Thanksgiving Dinner Advice
Gwyneth Paltrow recently started a website called GOOP: nourish the inner aspect. (Full confession: I have not been able to determine what "GOOP" stands for. Maybe someone could enlighten us? The best I could get is Gwyn saying, "GOOP is a little bit of everything that makes up my life.")
Anyway, Gwyneth sends out a newsletter via GOOP, and the latest entry is about preparing Thanksgiving dinner. How timely! She writes:
Thanksgiving is, without a doubt, my favorite holiday. I love when
everyone comes together and celebrates the idea of gratitude, something
we all mean to do every day, but seem to lose sight of most of the
time. I also love the cooking – the days of planning and chopping and
basting. This year, I decided to work out three variations on the
traditional meal: a big group, a small gathering and a cozy dinner for
two."
She actually has some interesting suggestions for smaller gatherings, like turkey breast (rather than a full turkey) and stuffed turkey burgers if it's just dinner for two. This makes sense if you aren't hosting the traditional large family dinner.
The newsletter entry has three complete menus (one for each variation of the traditional meal) that sound delicious (or at least, the pictures are lovely). If you're still looking for ideas, then you might want to check it out!
Gwyneth Paltrow Apologizes To PETA For Wearing Fur
I think by now most of you know how I feel about PETA. Let's leave it at that. But, they obviously have influence over what some celebrities wear since Gwyneth Paltrow has officially apologized for wearing fur during a photo shoot for Tod's. Here's what PETA wrote about her wearing fur:
“Gwyneth Paltrow won’t be the apple of her daughter’s eye if she
continues to flaunt fur.It’s a terrible example to set for a young
child, promoting an industry that electrocutes animals, snaps their
necks and skins them alive.”
And Gwyneth responded:
“That was awkward, and I’m glad you asked, because I do not wear fur at
all. It was a daylong photo shoot on a boat near Capri, and there were
all sorts of poses with all kinds of clothes—none with fur. During one
set-up, a stylist came up from behind and draped a stole around my
shoulders. I didn’t pay much attention to it, and when I noticed it was
fur I assumed it was fake fur but did not ask, so it’s my
fault. I was very surprised when they ended up using that one shot out
of hundreds for the centerpiece of the Tod’s ads. I know it’s not a
great excuse, but I hope you and your members understand.”
So now that PETA and Gwyneth have kissed and made up the organization is hoping that she'll participate in their ‘Meat’s Not Green’ campaign since she and her family are "pretty much vegetarian."
