Heather Locklear quietly left the Arizona facility where she spent more than 4 weeks battling anxiety and depression issues. A "close friend" told People Magazine that the actress is doing great and is as radiant as ever.
"Heather's feeling really great," says a close friend. "And she looks beautiful, just radiant."
While the actress's recovery is "a work in progress," Locklear seems rejuvenated by her month away, says the friend. "She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core," says the pal, who has seen Locklear since she returned home last weekend. "That's when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that's the best part of all – it's so nice to hear her laugh."
As part of the program, Heather not only had daily sessions with doctors on staff, but she also received therapeutic spa treatments, rode horses and spent quality time alone. I hope she has truly found some peace and continues to make herself a priority in her life.

Heather Locklear's publicist just confirmed to People magazine that the actress is currently in an Arizona facility seeking treatment for her depression and anxiety. Her publicist released the following statement to People
"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment."
"This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."
Wow what a shocker! I hope the treatment goes well and she is able to sort out her issues. Does this mean there is truth to that call the police received about Heather being suicidal a couple months back?

"Heather is fine. She never requested medical assistance and did not place a 911 call. Nor did anyone from her house call 911 or place a call requesting medical assistance.
"As previously stated by the Ventura County Fire Department, they responded to a call that had no merit and left almost immediately," the actress added. "No psychiatrist called 911 on Ms. Locklear's behalf."

""That would probably go under the category of 'everything.'"

"Heather was shocked by the call," a friend of the actress tells Star. "She'd never heard Rickie so out of sorts!" Or apparently, so remorseful, "He apologized to Heather for "the mess' he had made of their 12-year marriage. He said he's had a lot of time to think recently and he regretted hurting her and splitting up their family when their daughter, Ava, needed both her parents." Heather's response to her ex's disturbing state? "She knew Richie [had been] having problems," says her friend. "She told him, "You need to confront your issues.' She urged him to seek professional treatment - “ not just for his own sake but for Ava's!"

"There are times when I feel lazy and just want to staying bed all day... but I know that working out is the best way to get those endorphins going, which will make me feel better, which will make me feel better emotionally and physically." "To help me stay positive at 7 a.m. while I'm putting on my gym clothes, I say things like, "Oh lunges! I love lunges! Let's do another set!'"
"Ava's a great eater. (Heather's daughter) She only eat things like fruits and vegetable and sushi - “ no junk food... It's ironic because I want to set a good example for her with my eating habits, and she's the one who's helping me!"
"It's my girlfriends who lift me up when I need it the most."
"I've learned it's really important to make time for me."
"Neither of us remembers why she said it, but the message was to enjoy life and have fun. And boy, did I have fun! My priorities have changed as I've gotten older. I still want to have fun, but now that philosophy translates to good health, good friends, good food, and good roles."
"This is my second chapter. It's my chance to focus on Ava, on myself and on what I want to do. The thing I've learned in my 40s is that when you look out your window, you have to look past the windowsills. There is life beyond my little home."
