Ocar winner Hilary Swank is recovering at home after a minor procedure to have a small growth removed. The actress was "experiencing some discomfort and went to see her doctor, who prescribed an immediate course of action which included a brief hospitalization to remove a small, benign growth," according to her manager, Jason Weinberg.

Weinberg also confirmed Swank’s treatment was a success.

"Her condition has been resolved and there are no continuing health issues, with the exception of some short-term rest and recuperation."

Thank goodness this turned out to be operable.  

Like I mentioned earlier, forget Hyde, forget Les Deux, forget any other Hollywood hotspot...LAX was the place to be this weekend! Aside from the celebs we saw this morning heading to the airport, Paula Abdul, Carmen Electra, Hilary Swank and Brooke Shields showed up at LAX too. Can you imagine working at that airport? You could literally meet 5-10 major celebrities a day, all without ever having to leave your workplace. How fun!  I wonder if employees are forbidden to ask for autographs.

Donald Trump And Nakheel introduced the new Trump Hotel & Tower Dubai held at The Tar Estate in Beverly Hills. Christina Aguilera was the headliner and a ton of stars came out to show their support (or pick up their free goodie bag). Orlando Bloom, Ali Larter, Hayden Panettiere, Kate Walsh, Ivanka Trump, Pete Wentz and Hilary Swank were among the celebrities to walk the red carpet. What a hodgepodge!
