Couples Retreat Stars Talk About Movie

Couples Retreat Stars Talk About Movie

The cast of the upcoming feature film “Couples Retreat” spoke to Ben Lyons about stripping down for a scene in the film on E!’s “Daily 10” (airing tonight at 7:30 p.m., ET/PT).

When asked if the scene in which everyone strips down made for an awkward day on set, star Vince Vaughn says: “No not really, it was just a fun day on set. You know Faizon (Love) was such a good sport with that I think it's always easier to laugh at yourself I think.”

Writer and star Jon Favreau disagrees: “It was a weird day on set. You know Faizon takes a lot of guff for actually going fully commando and being naked. I wrote that into the script, so it’s my fault. I'm sorry Faison for doing that to you.”

The cast then talked about a scene involving a yoga instructor (played by Carlos Ponce. Hawk says: “Did you see our yoga coach? I'm not turned off by that yoga coach. Wait is my husband gonna see this?”

Vince added: “The thing with Carlos is, the girls really find him attractive, and it made me funnier standing next to him.”

Ben then asked Jason and Kristin if they watched the scene and naturally things got funny.

Jason Bateman : “Well I don't close my eyes anymore around Carlos Ponce ‘cause you might open up a –“

Kristen Bell: “Mixed nuts? And as I always tell Jason it's always been a dream of mine to see another man sit on his face and so for me this –“

Bateman: “See, everybody's got their price. You keep saying that you just need to cut me a check!”

Bell: “It was a true dream of mine, it was fulfilling so thank you.”

Everyone has different dreams right? LOL!!! Will you be heading to the theatre to see this movie?

Celebs Turn Out For The Invention Of Lying Premiere

Celebs Turn Out For The Invention Of Lying Premiere

I've been curious about 'The Invention of Lying' ever since I heard about it. It stars Ricky Gervais (of the UK version of 'The Office,' 'Extras,' and 'Ghost Town'). It's set in an alternate universe where no one knows how to lie. Then Ricky's character discovers how to lie. Hijinks ensue.

The supporting cast includes Rob Lowe, Jennifer Garner, and Louis CK (pictures above) as well as Jason Bateman and Tina Fey. So, great cast, and Ricky is hilarious, but what do you think of this as a film? Is this worth a trip to the theater or is it a renter or skip it altogether?

And check out former 'Ugly Betty' star Ashley Jensen working her baby bump on the red carpet :)

Jason Bateman For Details Magazine

Jason Bateman For Details Magazine

The August issue of DETAILS hits stands next week, featuring the lovable Jason Bateman on the cover. He opens up to DETAILS about overcoming drug use and resurrecting his career.

On stopping his drug use:

“Booze was what would make me want to stay out all night and do some blow or smoke a joint or whatever, so shutting that off was key. It’s like ketchup and French fries – I don’t want one without the other. So that’s the moment: Do you want to continue to be great at being in your twenties, or do you want to step up and graduate into adulthood?”

On his partying ways:

“It was like Risky Business for 10 years. My parents were out of town, they left me a bunch of money, the car, and the house, and I didn’t know when they were coming home. I’d worked so hard that by the time I was 20, I wanted to play hard. And I did that really well.”

Jennifer Aniston even gave a quote on Bateman:

“Even though he was pretty wild in those days, something about those dimples and that sweet face made you go, ‘Oh, it’s okay that you just drove up the street backwards in a Range Rover with the door wide open.’ I don’t know what was happening there. You feel instantly safe in his company.”

I'm a BIG fan of Jason! Are you?

Jennifer Aniston & Co-Star Jason Bateman Filming

Jennifer Aniston & Co-Star Jason Bateman Filming

Yeah! Pictures of Jen without a scarf wrapped around her face. :)

Another day - another set of photographs of Jennifer Aniston filming her new movie, "The Baster" with co-star Jason Bateman in New York.

An unmarried 40-year-old woman turns to a turkey baster in order to become pregnant. Seven years later, she reunites with her best friend, who has been living with a secret: he replaced her preferred sperm sample with his own.

Keep working girl! It's always nice to see that smile.

I know there were a few rumors about the massive amounts of money that Jennifer supposedly spends every month on her hair and while I doubt it's true, she certainly has some of the best hair in Hollywood.

Celebrity Men In New York

Celebrity Men In New York

Hugh Jackman was all bundled up as he ran a few errands around New York yesterday afternoon and as always was looking very handsome. I don't think I can quite put into words how excited I am for his movie, "X-Men Origins:Wolverine" to come out. Instead, I will just add a bunch of exclaimation points to the end of this sentence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also out running errands in New York was funny man Jason Bateman and "Law & Order" star Jeremy Sisto. Even though he has had many roles in the last decade or so, I will ALWAYS think of him as that jerk Elton from "Clueless".

Jason Bateman At The Car Wash

Jason Bateman At The Car Wash

Jason Bateman was photographed waiting for his car to be washed and talking on his iPhone. Unfortunately for him he ended up dropping his phone. Not sure if it survived.

I have the opportunity to go to the movies this weekend and I am torn between Hellboy II (the favorite) and Hancock. Anyone see Hancock? Worth the ticket price? I heard not so nice things about it from my friends. The reviews haven't slowed down Jason's work schedule though. Just look at what's on his plate.

  1. Arrested Development (2009) (announced) (rumored) .... Michael Bluth
  2. Extract (2009) (pre-production)
  3. State of Play (2009) (post-production) .... Dominic Foy
  4. This Side of the Truth (2009) (post-production)

I ~heart~ him.

Los Angeles Premiere Of Hancock

Los Angeles Premiere Of Hancock

I am going to have to split this out into two posts. There are way too many pictures to publish! Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jason Bateman, Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend all attended the LA premiere of Hancock at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

Give me a second to put together the post of the other celebrities who showed up for the event.
