Jennifer Aniston doesn’t mind being single because she has so many other great things going for her. The Hollywood actress is happy spending time on her own because she has a “great relationship” with herself.

“I don’t think you can plan or control love. I think you have to just be willing to take what comes and however it comes, you know? I have a really great relationship with myself and that’s a lifelong process. I have a great job, a great family and great friends. I have my health and I love what I do.”

The media acts like she is the first woman to ever get a divorce. I wish they would STOP making her say these "single and loving it" comments. Let's get a new angle here!

Meanwhile, the 40-year-old actress has confessed she didn’t warm to her character in new movie ‘Love Happens’. Jennifer, who plays unlucky-in-love florist Eloise in the film opposite Aaron Eckhart’s widowed character, asked for the script to be rewritten so the story had a happy ending. She explained to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper:

“‘Love Happens’ is not your typical love story. It’s about two people who are embarking on a scary new beginning. Eloise is content with the choices she has made, but when she meets the self-help guru she sees an opportunity to fix something.

“There wasn’t a lot of depth to Eloise and you didn’t root for her. But it’s a beautiful idea that these two characters are out there fixing up other people but not really doing it for themselves. So the script was changed and it got to a really nice place eventually.”

Jennifer Aniston follows a ritual every time she flies. The ‘Love Happens’ star – who lives a jet-set lifestyle – is very superstitious and always sticks to the same routine every time she boards a plane.

"If I walk onto an airplane, I always have to go on with my right foot first and tap the outside of the plane. I have always done it. For luck. Someone told me to do it and I don't remember when that was. But it's kind of stuck."

Jennifer is not the only superstitious celebrity. Megan Fox says she listens to Britney Spears for the entire flight because she doesn't believe it's her destiny to die while enjoying the pop princess.

Jennifer Aniston keeps fit by running around a horse track. The ‘Bounty’ actress amazed crew on the set of the new movie, which also stars Gerard Butler, by getting up at 5am and running laps around New Jersey’s Monmouth Park racecourse, which is near where she has been shooting on location.

“She showed up every morning at 5am to run laps on the giant oval for a solid hour before cameras rolled.

“She’s really disciplined about keeping fit. She’d get there before everyone else and zip around that huge track like a winner!”

5AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my word.

The 40-year-old actress’ main exercise is running and she prefers it to other fitness routines because it keeps her thighs and calves toned.

This is not the first time details of Jennifer’s early morning exercise schedule have been revealed. Earlier this year, it was claimed she was getting up at 3am to ensure she still had time to work out and stick to her hectic shooting schedule for ‘The Bounty’.

“Jennifer has had a totally overhaul for this film. She wants to be seriously fit, yet remain curvy. There are a lot of early starts on set, so she has had to get up at 3am to get two hours in the gym before getting ready for filming.”
