Jennifer Love Hewitt may not be what some people would consider lucky in love, but she's always seemed to have a very resilient attitude towards anything life throws her way. For that reason alone, I'd read this latest venture she's working on.

Jennifer will be writing a book about her adventures in dating!

The "Ghost Whisperer" actress is set have her book The Day I Shot Cupid published in the winter of 2010.

"Throughout my career, there has always been so much written about my love life. Some true, but mostly made up. I thought it was time to share the real story of what I’ve learned navigating the dating waters," she says of the book. "Hopefully, in addition to having a good laugh, women reading this will learn from some of my hard lessons."

Hewitt's lessons for ladies include tips for flirting through text, instant messaging, how to start over after a breakup and what men and women really want.

Although, I have to admit, I'm more interested in the autobiographical details than the actual dating advice.

The red carpet was filled with Hollywood's favorites at the closing ceremonies for the 2009 Monte Carlo Television Festival. Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jamie Kennedy, Emily Deschanel, Kate Walsh, Sofa Milos, Matthew Fox, Kim Kardashian, and Lori Loughlin were among the participants for the night's activities.

Can we talk about Kate's hair? I L-O-V-E it. Suddenly, this actress has become fun and flirty. ADORABLE!

So apparently, the rumor is that Jennifer Love Hewitt told boyfriend Jamie Kennedy that "there would be hell to pay" if he didn't propose within one year. Jennifer clarified that rumor, saying the statement was taken out of context.

What I meant by it is, I was engagned and so now all the sudden because I was engaged once in my life I can't do anything else but get engaged again,' she explained. 'And that's it. I have to either have a baby or get engaged. I can't just be happy and have a great boyfriend and travel the world. Those things are not fantastic enough for people. I have to be ready to get hitched again. Of course there is something underneath there. I do think after a year and a half, if he isn't thinking...' "

Hmm, so it's a year and a half, not just a year...

Jennifer Love Hewitt was spotted at the dentist's office yesterday afternoon in West Hollywood, in an adorable hat and purple handbag. It seems ever since she started dating Jamie Kennedy, she's stopped liking the paparazzi. Not as many smiles these days right?

Jennifer recently surprised Jamie with a trip to Vegas to celebrate his 39th birthday. The actress also gifted Jamie with a new Vespa scooter, before whisking him away to a romantically fun-filled 3 days in Sin City. Sounds like twosome are happy together : )

Is anyone else thinking of Ross McCall or is it just me? I suppose I really need to let it go. Sometimes relationships just don't work out - people move on and find love once again.

Doesn't Jennifer Love Hewitt seem like the type to want to settle down? I don't see her playing the field and dating several men at once. She is a one man woman for sure. Rumor has it she is getting engaged to her 'Ghost Whisperer' co-star Jamie Kennedy. The pair recently bought each other love bracelets to show their commitment - and now are ready to take their relationship to the next level. A source told the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper:

"They've been shopping for an engagement ring for Jennifer. She is simply a girl who always needs a man in her life and is getting nervous that she may miss out on marriage and having a family."

Jennifer and Jamie met on the set of 'Ghost Whisperer' in 2007, and began dating earlier this year following the 30-year-old actress' split from her former fiance Ross McCall. Jennifer has previously spoken about her love for Jamie, 39, claiming he makes her the happiest she has ever been. She has said:

"We just make each other laugh and we're best friends. Even though we haven't been together for very long we are very much alike. "The fact he is so hilarious is what makes this relationship work. When you're really funny, there's nothing really bad that can happen. He is a realist and I am a dreamer."

Jennifer Love Hewitt is one of those rare celebs who almost always has a smile for the paparazzi and never seems to mind the photographers. So when I see her with a long face I get worried! Are she and Jamie Kennedy breaking up? Is she upset about the tabloid stories? What's going on?!?

But, truth be told, it's probably just the fact that this set of pictures is from when Jennifer was leaving the CW11 Morning Show...so she was probably just tired from being up early. I can't help it though, I let my imagination run away with me. :)
