Jerry O'Connell To Guest Star On 'Eastwick'

Jerry O'Connell To Guest Star On 'Eastwick'

Rebecca Romijn may be busy shooting her new TV show, 'Eastwick,' but it looks like she found a way to still see husband Jerry O'Connell: he'll appear on her show.

Jerry will play a man who arrives in town with a "mysterious past." But his character won't be romantically involved with Rebecca's character; instead Jerry will be working with Jaime Ray Newman. Luckily, Rebecca's okay with that!

"I think it’s great to have him play someone else's love interest, as it would have been distracting to have him come on and play my love interest," Rebecca tells In Touch.

This is the part about being married to an actor that I can't imagine. Who'd want to arrange to have their husband kissing another woman (even if you kiss other men as part of your job)? I guess that's why I'm not acting- LOL.

And who will watch the twins while both parents work?

"We’re going to have to figure that one out. They’ll probably be at the set the whole time!" the blond beauty added.

Jerry's been pretty busy despite being a stay-at-home dad. He's written a parenting memoir titled 'Cry, Feed , (Make Love to Wife), Burp.' I wonder when that book is coming out!

Is anyone watching 'Eastwick'? I've heard the ratings aren't the greatest.

Jerry O'Connell Refused To Watch His Daughters' Birth

Jerry O'Connell Refused To Watch His Daughters' Birth

In all fairness, the view isn't for everyone :) Jerry O'Connell was in the delivery room when Rebecca Romijn gave birth, but he didn't actually watch twins Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip being born.

"I was there for the birth but I did not look though. A friend of mine said 'listen, I've looked so I'm giving you a piece of advice - I don’t think you should look' so I didn’t actually see anything," O'Connell told Tarts at the Much Love Animal Rescue Dinner in Hollywood on the weekend.

The Fox News reporter who was talking to Jerry kept on with the tough questions, next asking if Rebecca had managed to get her pre-pregnancy body back yet.

"Yes… yes I guess she is. She looks great, back into the pilates," O'Connell said. "She's stopped breast-feeding so it slows down a little, I don't know the particulars. But we had a very large lunch today and we had dessert so I don't think she’s dieting per se."

You have to love Jerry for his honesty :)

Jerry also talked about his decision to go to law school.

"I got the short straw for not working so I'm going to grad school part-time. I can do my homework and watch the kids at the same time," he added. "But Rebecca misses the girls a lot when she's at work so I bring them around and let them bother her on set."

Law school and child care sounds like a lot of work! Good luck with it all, Jerry.

Rebecca Romijn And Jerry O'Connell Are Done Having Kids

Rebecca Romijn And Jerry O'Connell Are Done Having Kids

At least, that's what Jerry O'Connell told E! Online's Marc Malkin.  If the family is expanded, it sounds like it'll be with four-legged members only- LOL.

"This is it," O'Connell said. "Factory closed. It's over. Now we're just adopting dogs."

Although it sounds like Jerry is certainly having fun with their twin daughters, Charlie and Dolly, so that's not an issue.

"I went to my wife's work yesterday, and she was in the middle of a
very dramatic scene," O'Connell said. "And I had the kids there, and
one of them was like, 'Bwaaahhh.' It was very verbal and busted the
scene up."

"I thought it was funny, but I don't think the director did, so I
got the heck out of there," he continued. "I had a long talk with the
girls about show business, but I don't think they had any idea what the
heck I was talking about."

I wonder if wife Rebecca Romijn agrees? Sure, right now another child may seem unimaginable, but give it a couple of years... :)

Jerry O'Connell Sings Rap To Put His Babies To Sleep

LOL!

Jerry O’Connell sings rap songs to his babies when he puts them to bed.
The actor – who has eight-month-old twin daughters Charlie and Dolly with wife Rebecca Romijn – loves sending his girls to sleep with toned-down versions of some of his favorite tunes.
He said:

“At bedtime I softly sing rap songs by guys like Slick Rick or Biggie Smalls – but without the curse words. I have favorite little bedtime nighties I put them in which say, ‘I love Project Runway.’ ”

Jerry admits he is always learning about fatherhood and especially enjoys dressing his daughters in pretty clothes.
He told People magazine:

“I grew up with all boys in my family, where there was no place for girlie stuff. But it’s amazing to walk into my house now. Everything is pink!
“When we first brought Dolly and Charlie home, Rebecca would say, ‘We’re going out, let’s put them in this dress. At first I thought it was impractical. They’re going to poop and throw up in it anyway. What’s the point? But now I understand dressing girls.

“Now that they’ve got a bit more hair, I can experiment. I can do mini-pigtails on Charlie, and on Dolly I can get barrettes in her hair.”

Sounds like a happy daddy. :)

(and I couldn't help myself)

Celebrities Show Much Love For Animal Rescue

Celebrities Show Much Love For Animal Rescue

Camryn Manheim, Tori Spelling, Stephanie Pratt, Jerry O'Connell, Lori Loughlin, and Denise Richards attended the Much Love Animal Rescue's 3rd Annual Bow Wow WOW fundraiser in Howlywood this weekend.

What a great cause!

The fundraiser was a night filled with comedy, music, dancing and vegetarian meals for all that attended.

Anyone else madly in love with Camryn? I am a bit fan of 'Ghost Whisperer' so it's nice to see her out at an event!

Jerry O’Connell The Lawyer?

Jerry O’Connell The Lawyer?

Jerry O’Connell has enrolled at law school.
The 35-year-old actor has signed up for a course at Los Angeles’ Southwestern Law School and is looking forward to starting his studies.

Assistant Dean of Public Affairs Leslie Steinberg said:

“He is very excited to be starting his law school education here at Southwestern. He just had orientation last week, and he started classes this week.

“He was very impressed with the faculty and the vibe here. This is brand new to him as well. He's very much looking forward to his education.”

Jerry – who has seven-month-old twin daughters Dolly and Charlie with wife Rebecca Romijn – underwent the usual enrollment process, handing in an undergraduate record and taking a test.
Leslie added:

“I get the feeling that he felt like one of the students at orientation and had a great time and is really diving in.”

The actor is on a part-time course, although his representative has not confirmed if he will act while studying.

Jerry’s fellow students are delighted to have a famous classmate, with one already expressing delight on Twitter.

“Actor Jerry O'Connell is at orientation @ Southwestern Law School. He is an entering night student, mingling @ mixer (sic).”

What do you think about Jerry studying law? It's a tremendous commitment, but I guess his family is in a situation where he can go to school for a while without negatively affecting their bank account. Rebecca does just fine on her own.

Jerry O'Connell Is Impressed With Rebecca Romijn's Parenting Skills

Jerry O'Connell Is Impressed With Rebecca Romijn's Parenting Skills

Raising twins cannot be an easy task but somehow Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romijn are managing just fine...and without a ton of extra help! No army of nannies for these two. :)

My
wife and I are trying to do as much as we can by ourselves, you know
thank goodness for mom in laws and moms, they’ve been a real help.”

Lucky for Jerry, he's able to pawn them off on Rebecca for the hard stuff. :P

“You know kids are a
little bit of a hassle, having two is a little bit of a hassle.  You
know,  a lot of feedings at night.  They’re super cute.  My wife is
doing a great job of raising them, so keep it up honey!”

KIDDING. Jerry really does help.

“I do a lot of
diapers. It’s amazing how much babies go to the bathroom, number one
and number two, and it’s amazing how messy number two is. Man it’s just
crazy, it’s totally different from what I ever knew that number two
was.”

And he's scared of their poo, LOL.

“The worst is when
there is explosive number two and it gets everywhere.  God forbid if
you are at a restaurant or a mall and there is an explosive number two!”
