The Simpson Sisters Have Fun In Vegas For Ashlee's 25th Birthday
Ashlee Simpson celebrated her 25th birthday at MGM's Wet Republic this weekend. Her entourage included sister Jessica Simpson, dad Joe Simpson, mom Tina Simpson, husband Pete Wentz and a few close friends. The Melrose Place star arrived in style wearing a black romper, fedora and of course leopard wedges from her big sister’s self-titled shoe line, whereas Jessica opted to wear a sheer black cover-up and black heels. While on the red carpet, Ashlee dished about the stunning Chanel shoes Pete gave her for her birthday and gushed about how lucky she is to have such a wonderful family, husband and son.
Ashlee and family officially kicked off the celebration inside one of WET REPUBLIC’s bungalows when the gorgeous redhead was presented with a delicious three-tiered cake topped-off with cupcakes. Everyone in the bungalow gathered around the starlet to sing her “Happy Birthday.” During her celebration, Ashlee got on the mic and requested the DJ to play Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” and asked all the bikini-clad females to do their version of the famous dance. She then did her adaptation of the dance for everyone to see as they cheered her on.
The energetic birthday girl enjoyed the atmosphere of WET REPUBLIC and her admirers so much that she even jumped down into a crowd of female fans and danced with them. Sounds like fun!!
Martha Stewart Apologizes To Jessica Simpson About Dog Comment
When Martha Stewart found out about Jessica Simpson losing her dog to a coyote, she said that the singer should have been more careful.
"It's pretty sad. She should have watched it more closely, though. She should have been more careful."
"Get another dog. I think it's very important to get another dog, someone else to love. You just have to find the dog that's the right match for you."
Now that it's pretty clear that Daisy is not returning to her owner, Martha wanted to apologize for her insensitivity. She also to squash any feud rumors.
"I said that she should have been watching her dog more closely, but I feel very, very sorry for anybody that loses a pet," she said Thursday. "Jessica, I hope you find your pet, but if you don't, I'm really sorry that you lost one."
I still feel terribly for Jessica, but I am sure work is keeping her busy. Do you think she will get another dog?

While visiting Africa to film 'The Price of Beauty', Jessica Simpson took to her Twitter account to show her followers how she plans on sleeping at night. With nets. Lots and lots of nets.

Jessica Simpson Across The Pond To Attend London's Fashion Week
Jessica Simpson was spotted at Heathrow Airport in London. It looks like she's going to attend London's Fashion Week. Good for her for getting out of the house! I admire her even more for traveling in those heels- LOL.
I wonder if Jessica is going to take to the runway again like she did in Paris? And I really wonder what's up with that ring on her ring finger??? LOL! I know. I know. Can't a girl just wear a ring on her left hand without it meaning anything? :)

Jessica Simpson's Friends Are Worried
I feel terrible for Jessica Simpson. I can only imagine how awful she's feeling after losing her beloved Daisy. This poor girl just can't catch a break and now her friends are speaking out about how worried they are for her well-being.
One friend said:
"It's going to put her into a tailspin. It will put her into the worst place ever."
Another shared:
"Whenever things went wrong for Jessica, she reached for Daisy," another source, a friend, says. "Daisy was her security blanket. When people let her down, she always had Daisy."
Apparently Ken Paves finally convinced Jessica to get out of the house and took her to Vino in Encino, CA.
An onlooker said that Jessica seemed to try to have a good time:
"Jessica seemed okay, but wasn't smiling much," an onlooker says. "The wine made her relax a bit, but it was still obvious that she was having a devastating week."
I wonder what Nick Lachey thinks about what happened to Daisy? He gave Daisy to Jessica as a gift (when they were still married) back in 2004.

Jessica Simpson Gives Up Hope
How heartbreaking! Jessica Simpson has called off the search for her beloved dog, Daisy, who had been missing since Sunday night.
Jessica had the group Find Toto helping to try and find her but the search has concluded and there are no leads.
A Find Toto spokesman said:
"They were upset and hoping to find at least the remains to try and get some closure by this weekend," Busch adds. "We offered to continue the search for her but they weren't going ahead with anything."
I can only imagine how upsetting this is for her. :( I'm sure they were hoping for a miracle.
Nick Lachey Visits Rachael Ray
Are you still wondering where the summer went? I am. But fall is moving into full swing, which means all the shows are starting new seasons. 'The Rachael Ray Show' is no exception, and Rachael is having Nick Lachey as one of her guests.
Here's what Nick had to say about the rumors of a reconciliation between Jessica Simpson and himself:
"When I read they (Jessica & Tony) split up, in my head I said here it comes. I just split up with Vanessa. The timing was just too perfect to resist."
"Right now single life is good, especially in New York."
I guess he and Vanessa Minnillo aren't back together. I thought they were! Maybe they're keeping things quiet for now.
Would Nick do another reality TV show?
"I definitely would… you know I’m not gonna say I wouldn't do reality TV again. I wouldn't do reality TV in my home in my marriage as the focus."
And while he may not be reuniting with Jessica, would he consider a reunion with his old group, 98 Degrees?
"98 degrees, that is one reunion that might actually happen at some point."
