Best Supporting Actress - Mo'Nique ‘Precious…’

When Colin won for Best Actor, he said:
“I’m now a more resuscitated, a little more worldly, better groomed, more fragrant and more nominated than one has ever been before. What Tom Ford doesn't know is I have the e-mail in my outbox telling him I could not possibly do this. I was about to send this when a man came to repair my fridge. I don't know what's best for me so I would like to thank the fridge guy."
LOL! Carey Mulligan was very excited over her Best Actress win.
"I was here a year ago and I didn't imagine in a million years that this would happen. I wish I could do a speech like Colin Firth and talk about fridges but I can't."
‘The Hurt Locker’ – about bomb disposal experts in Iraq – was named Best Film, beating James Cameron’s 3-D epic ‘Avatar’.

Meet Cosmo's Fun Fearless Men Of 2010

Happy New Year! Cosmopolitan always gets the new year off to a good start by introducing their selection of Fun, Fearless Males for 2010. This year is the Year of the Vampire with 'Twilight's Kellan Lutz and 'Vampire Diaries' Paul Wesley making the list.
What's Kellan's biggest vice?
Candy--I just need sugar all the time, 24/7. Oh, and I'm obsessed with lip balm. I seriously have like 20 hidden in different pairs of pants.
I can relate- lol.
How does Paul relate to his 'Vampire Diaries' character, Stefen?
I can relate to being in love with one person. Dating around just never appealed to me.
I just fell in love :)
Others who made the list include: Gerard Butler, Chris O'Donnell, Ne-Yo, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Stephen Moyer, and Nathan Fillon. You can check out a slideshow of all the men here.
And here's a behind-the-scenes video of Kellan and Paul's photoshoot. Enjoy!
Jonathan Rhys Meyers In Trouble With The Law

Jonathan Rhys Meyers reportedly challenged a police officer to a fight.
The 'Tudors' actor was handcuffed at France's Charles DeGaulle airport in Paris after throwing money on the floor, drunkenly boasting about his wealth and shouting at officers.
He is quoted by Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying to them:
"You wanna hit me? Hit me!"
The 31-year-old star was released from police custody after several hours pending further investigations.
This is not the first time Jonathan - who has been in rehab three times for alcohol addiction - has got into trouble at an airport.
In 2007, he was arrested and charged with being drunk and disorderly at Dublin airport.
The charges were later dropped.
Days after the incident he was seen walking down a London street drinking a can of strong cider. It was later revealed he was struggling to come to terms with the death of his mother.
The Irish actor most recently sought help for his problems in February, when he was treated at an unspecified English facility.
It was alleged at the time that bosses on 'The Tudors' spoke to Jonathan about his alcohol intake while filming the TV show's upcoming third season.
"He is one of the nicest guys in the world, he's a pleasure to work with. He has his demons all right, and he's trying to cope with them as best he can."
He has previously spoken about his battle with alcohol, saying:
"When I do drink I'm like Bambi. I'm all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice."
I hope Jonathan realizes he needs some help right now.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Has Checked Out Of Rehab

Jonathan Rhys Meyers has officially checked out of rehab. After spending several weeks in Causeway Retreat on Osea Island, the actor is now ready to return to work.
"He is back in LA and he is back at work in so far as he is holding meetings with various parties about upcoming projects," said a source.
"He is a tortured soul in that when he does have days off, he can spiral quickly into a place where neither he nor his loved ones would like him to be."
Tudors fans, you will be happy to hear that production is a go. Jonathan is also said to be taking private meetings with casting directors to submerge himself in his work. We just might be seeing a lot of the actor over the next year or two.
I wish him the best.
Jonathan Rhys Meyers Is Not A Romantic

“I’m not a romantic guy at all.
“It’s not that I don’t believe in romance. It’s that I don’t believe in dinner for two by the ocean, walking down the beach holding hands – that version of romance.
“I think I’m probably romantic, but I’m not outwardly romantic. I’m not a player.”

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Says Actors Can't Have It Both Ways

"All actors and performers, including myself, thrive on attention;
otherwise we wouldn’t do what we do. I read a lot of little snippets
about people saying, ‘I just want my private life’.
"But they can’t have it! It’s that simple. You’ve got the money and the
fame, but you’ve had to give up that one thing - so accept that, as
that’s how your life is going to be. If you don’t like it, find
something else to do."

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Quit Drinking After Mother's Death

"I haven’t even thought about drinking since my mother passed away.
Drinking is not the way forward for me at all. Since I was 27 I must have been drunk maybe a dozen-and-a-half times - but when I do, I’m like Bambi. I’m all over the place, hopeless, like a 16-year-old kid. People notice."Now drink doesn’t fit into where I want to go. I want to do something useful with my life. Drinking is not synonymous with that. To be honest, I just leave it alone and hope people will, too, but I don’t really care. The whole drinking thing with me has been blown out of all proportion anyway."
