Jordin Sparks Joins The 'Got Milk' Campaign
Jordin Sparks is the latest celebrity to join the 'Got Milk' campaign. Here's the new ad that was unveiled this morning.
The text reads:
I've always had the power to wow an audience. But how do I get fired up to wow myself? I drink lowfat milk. Packed with protein and nutrients, milk gives me the energy to truly shine.
When asked, the 'American Idol' alum says she drinks milk because it makes her feel good when she takes charge of her diet.
"I know that I am in charge of what I eat and drink and my choices affect how I look and feel," said Sparks. "I skip the sugary beverages and reach for milk instead. Milk is full of important nutrients and is something I feel good about putting into my body. I encourage all teens to help make a difference in the world and Drink Milk for a Change."

Jordin Sparks Joins Britney Spears On Tour
American Idol fans! It was just announced exclusively on Britney Spears’ official blog that Jordin Sparks will join leg two of the “Circus” North American Tour as a special guest.
Sparks will perform on the U.S. portion of the trek including dates in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Detroit, Chicago and more before concluding on September 26 & 27 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, NV.
"Britney's show is incredible and for me to be a part of it is a great opportunity."
Anyone going to catch Britney's second leg of the tour? Will this be your second time?

Jordin Sparks Does Her Own Make Up Before Concerts
Jordin Sparks applies her own make-up before shows.
The 'Battlefield' singer - who shot to fame after winning 'American Idol' in 2007 - never gets professionals to apply her cosmetics as she prefers doing it herself.
"I do my own make-up before my concerts. When everything is so incredibly crazy around a show, it gives me that hour to be quiet and calm myself down and it gives me a sense of control. Over the years, I've learned what looks good."
The 19-year-old singer has a host of tricks she uses to ensure she always looks fresh-faced, but admits there is one area of her appearance she struggles to perfect.
She explained to OK! magazine:
"I can never get my eyebrows the way I want them since there's always a piece sticking out or growing back in!
But after so many applications, Jordin has a few tips to share:
"Always accentuate the crease in your eyes to help your eyes stand out.
Also, I'm a fanatic about fake eyelashes - they're fun! Layer mascara before putting them on and then coat with another layer.
Drink lots of water and find the right skin care products, especially when you have dry skin in some spots and oily in others, like me."

Jordin Sparks has a stalker.
The 'Battlefield' singer - who won 'American Idol' in 2007
- revealed she started getting strange phone messages after one of her
friends posted her number on the internet as a joke.
She explained to Sony Ericsson's Pocket TV:
"I had the same cell phone
number since seventh grade up to last summer, so a lot of people had my
number. Somebody thought it would be funny to post it on MySpace. Loads of
people got my number, and I had this person texting me going, 'I know this
is you. I know this is you, why don't you answer? I know this is you, why
don't you answer? I'm going to keep calling you.' I was like, 'Oh my God!'
and I had people leaving me voice messages and text messages, so in the end
I changed my number."
I love how she had a cell phone in 7th grade. I don't think I owned a Gap shirt when I was in the 7th grade nevertheless a cell phone. What a difference a generation makes right? By the time my daughter is in the 7th grade, who knows what will be expected!
