Julia Robert's Children Get Hindu God Names
I've heard (of course I can't find the article to link to, so take it for what it's worth) that in India, celebrities are revered as god-like. So it's not that surprising that while Julia Roberts is in India filming 'Eat, Pray, Love,' a Hindu priest named Swami Dharam Dev has given her three children Hindu god names.
"I have named her twins Hazel and Phinnaeus as Laxmi and Ganesh, while Henry will be called Krishna Balram."
He also reportedly offered prayers for successful filming before the shoot began in India. This takes celebrity worship to a whole new level, but what a kind gesture!

Actress Julia Roberts was photographed working hard on the set of her latest movie "Eat, Pray, Love" which filming in New Delhi, India. The film, based on the memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert, is directed by Ryan Murphy and set to release in 2011.
"While trying to get pregnant, a happily married woman realizes her life needs to go in a different direction, and after a painful divorce, she takes off on a round-the-world journey. "
I can't wait to see Julia in another film!

Fact Or Fiction: Julia Roberts Hires 350 Body Guards While In India
Julia Roberts has hired 350 security guards to protect her while she films in India. The Oscar-winning actress and her children, four-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and son Henry, two, are staying in the town of Pataudi, near the capital Delhi, while Julia shoots new film 'Eat, Pray, Love'.
Julia and husband Danny Moder are so worried about their family's safety they have employed hundreds of bodyguards, including police officers and snipers.
They are transported everywhere in bulletproof cars and helicopters patrol the skies 24 hours a day.
But Julia's extreme security regime has enraged locals, who have been banned from attending a Hindu temple when the star is filming there.
A police officer said: "Nobody can breach the cover. We have strict instructions."
The restrictions are particularly upsetting for locals as September is one of the holiest months in the Hindu calendar. One worshiper said: "It's the holiest time of the year and we must not be stopped from visiting our own temple."

Julia Roberts spotted out and about yesterday afternoon in between filming scenes for 'Eat, Pray, Love' in Manhattan. Julia looked casual in her black cropped jacket and aviator glasses as she took a brisk walk to get coffee before heading back to the set. Julia will be heading to Rome, Italy to film scenes for the film. Ahh, the perks of being an actress!
In recent news, it was reported that Julia was turned down for the lead role in 'The Proposal' after demanding too much money. The role eventually went to Sandra Bullock. The film made $151 million at the box office. I wonder if Julia is kicking herself now?
