Hasn't Katharine McPhee been a quiet little bird? I haven't thought about this American Idol alum in AGES. What has she been up to?!! Here she is with a girlfriend waiting for a cab outside of LAX looking very casual and comfy.

Will Smith, Katharine McPhee, Lindsay Lohan getting dragged by her mother at high speeds, Liv Tyler, Anna Faris and some good ol' American Gladiators (who I joked around with a bit) also walked the magic line.

 

Katharine McPhee was photographed leaving her apartment in NYC the other day to attend to some business. Anyone else loving her outfit like I am? I only wish I was the kind of girl that could get away with skinny jeans. What do you guys think of what she's wearing?Bauer Griffin

I will have to agree with Allure Magazine if Hilary Duff and Katharine McPhee are on that list. Both of those ladies are gorgeous and seem to be at a healthy weight which encourages good body image in our younger generation. They also have the BEST hair and skin! Katharine McPhee has a little wedding advice that she shared with the InStyle Weddings issue. I actually think what she says makes a lot of sense. It is SO easy to get carried away. You get caught up in all the details...the color of the bridesmaids dresses, the food, the decorations...sometimes the bridezillas of the world lose sight of what the big day is really all about :P
Katharine says,

"Remember that it's your wedding ... At the end of the day, it's really about the expression of commitment in love and marriage. So don't get too carried away. A wedding is about the commitment of love that you're making to your partner. It's that simple."

Anybody else out there have trouble going crazy with just the planning of the whole thing? AH! Planning a wedding is the most exhausting thing. Just talking about it makes me so glad I don't have to go through that again :)

American Idol alum Katharine McPhee tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Nick Cokas. Some people have problems with this relationship since Nick is 19 years older than Katharine. As long as they are happy and committed - why not?! Expect some pictures soon (although I don't know which magazine picked it up since she had some issues selling the pictures).
Katharine confessed to OK! Magazine that she kicked up her workout regime to get in shape for the wedding.

"I do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio three times a week if I'm lucky, four times if I'm really lucky. I just started doing lunges with dumbbells, and I just started doing shoulder stuff, arm stuff, back stuff."

Katherine McPhee was spotted leaving Starbucks in L.A. early yesterday morning. The look on her face says it all, "Don't talk to me until AFTER I've had my morning coffee." I understand Katherine, I understand...Any caffeine addicts out there? I know some people literally cannot start their day until they've had a fresh cup of brew!

The ex-American Idol is due to marry in February and wants to ensure one of our many favorite rags will pick up her shots. How much is Katharine McPhee asking for? Only $50,000!! It's a shame no one is biting. People, In Touch and Ok! have all politely declined.
In other news, can you believe that Katharine, Ruben and Taylor have all been dropped by their label? How many more seasons does American Idol have in it if their winners eventually don't become anything?
