Holy Photoshopped! Is that even Keira Knightley's body? Something is way off here right? What do you think about her new Coco Mademoiselle?
Keira Knightley For Coco Chanel

Here is your first look at Keira Knightley for Coco Chanel. What do you think about the ad? How about the actual perfume? Are you a fan?
Keira Knightley Filming Never Let Me Go

Keira Knightley is currently working on a film called Never Let Me Go. It's directed by Mark Romanek, who also directed the indie classic One Hour Photo (starring Robin Williams). Here's the plot of Never Let Me Go:
An alternate history story of a woman who, as she reflects on her
private school years in the English countryside, reunites with her two
friends to face the dark secrets tied to their communal past."
So that explains Keira's outfit ;)
What do you think: does it sound like something you want to see?

Keira Knightley And Sienna Miller Help One Another Not "Google Themselves"
This is pretty funny. Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller call on one another to help talk her out of finding out what Internet blogs says about her. LOL! Thank goodness for the support of a friend. Sienna says:
"We keep ourselves afloat if things happen
in the media that are hard to deal with, or the awful temptation to Google
yourself comes up, and just being mortified about what people write about
you. She'll phone me up and say, 'I'm thinking about doing it,' and I'm
like, 'I am too... don't do it, don't do it!' And we'll kind of talk each
other out of it. But it's hard sometimes to not want to know what people are
saying behind your back.”
Would you be able to avoid the temptation? You almost have to in order to remain SANE. Some blogs and boards can be brutal.
Keira takes it a step further and finds the internet as a whole “dehumanizing”. The actress tries to avoid it as much as possible.
"I hate the internet. I find it dehumanizing to constantly check
emails or social sites which have become so fashionable."
She also says she isn't a celebrity and never acts like one around friends and family.
“I am not a celebrity. I don’t go home or out with my friends
saying, ‘I’m a celebrity, and I don’t ask to be treated like a queen. My
parents would not like that."
Sounds like a very grounded individual. That's hard to maintain in this business so it's refreshing to read.
Keira Knightley Records Domestic Abuse Commercial For WomensAid

“Domestic violence kills two women every week but we rarely hear about it.”
What a terrible statistic. It's just one of the recordings that Keira Knightley did for WomensAid to help shed some light on domestic abuse.
Take a look at the commercial and let me know what you think.
This is one type of celebrity endorsement I absolutely admire. I don't care much when an actress reps a bag or new shoe line. But when they partner up with something like this, I have a whole new found respect for them. Even if just one of their fans listen...

Keira Knightley Rents Shoes

By rent...does Keira Knightley mean that the designers loan them to her and she gives them back? Or does she really mean that she pays to wear them for a day? She says she used to be a shoe-a-holic, but the bad economy is forcing her to cut back on the shopping sprees.
"I think when I was very young and I suddenly
started earning a bit of money and I could actually afford to buy
shoes, I got very excited and bought a lot. I mean a lot!"I
haven't bought any in quite a while. Now I just rent them for the day.
They give them to me for the day and I give them back in the evening,
which is good."
Renting shoes is a pretty genius idea. I mean, most women dream of a pair of those red soled Louboutin beauties in their closet...but how many of us can actually afford them?!?
Keira Knightley Has No Backup Plan

Everyone questions the paths they've taken in life sometimes. Even the rich and famous are no exception. Keira Knightley sometimes wonders if she should be doing something else besides acting because the fan and paparazzi attention is so overwhelming.
"I have, on many occasions, broken down in tears because I find it so
terrifying. But I dropped out of school when I was 16, so there's
nothing else I can do."
But, in the end, it's all worth it.
"I'd planned to have a back-up plan but I don't have one at the moment.
I love acting and, if this is the price I have to pay to do something I
love, f*** it! No problem."
If you could go back in time and change your life path...what would you want to do? Would you work in a different career than the one you're in now?
