I'd say it's better than not going at all.

Kelly Osbourne has confessed that she is so nervous about contracting an STD that she visits a clinic three or four times a year to get tested. 

 "I'm not the kind of person who talks about my sex life, but I'm not afraid to talk about contraception. I go three, maybe four times a year to get tested (for sexually transmitted infections) and most of the time I don't even need to. I just go for peace of mind."

I'm pretty sure you are not required to go that many times in a year. But, if this quote gets young people inspired to get themselves checked out, then Kelly just did a great thing.

Isn't that quite the shiner?! Kelly Osbourne was photographed leaving her London home on the way to the doctor's office in order to have her eye checked out. No word on how she was injured.

Update: Mystery SOLVED. Thanks to the Daily Mail:

"Kelly had already called in sick to work for Radio 1 on Sunday because she was doubled over with bad stomach pains. When she got home she reached up to get a glass from the cupboard to have a drink when the entire thing fell off the wall and smashed into her face.

"She had blood pouring out of a lump in her head, while black and blue swelling started almost straight away around her eyes."

But spokesperson Gary Farrow insists the 23-year-old is quickly recovering:

"She was suffering from a stomach upset all weekend, which meant she couldn’t go out anywhere, and then this happened. She is fine now, though."

She's young and has an admiration for jewelry. That's exactly what Kelly Osbourne is claiming after reports came out yesterday that she was engaged to model boyfriend, Luke Worrell.

"I always wear rings on this finger. Luke’s 18 and I’m 23 we’re not getting married."

So no wedding bells for Miss Kelly. Stay young and enjoy it. :)

There's not much proof to back this claim up, other than some serious bling. Kelly Osbourne was spotted out with a rock on that magic finger causing speculation that she's engaged to her boyfriend, Luke Worrell.

But, I want to say they've only been dating for about two months now, so I'm guessing we'll be hearing rep denial on this story sometime soon.

Kelly Osbourne was photographed promoting her Glastonbury Music Festival video diaries at the Hackney City Farm. The diaries will show her backstage watching the bands and schmoozing with celebs and will be filmed via cell phone and uploaded on Orange Mobile website for fans to enjoy. The festival starts June 25th 2008 and is held at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset. Kate Moss, Peaches Geldof and Sienna Miller, among others, are some of the usual Glastonbury attendees.
