Drinks Are On Kiefer Sutherland!
Kiefer Sutherland stunned bar staff when he bought all of their customers a drink. The ‘24’ actor and crew members of the drama series popped into The Spot in San Pedro, California, after finishing a shoot, as they wanted to relax with a few alcoholic beverages.
According to an employee, Kiefer was enjoying scotch and cokes and decided to buy everyone in the venue – about 30 people – leaving him with a $500 bar bill.
He then left staff a $200 tip when he left at the end of the night.
Sounds like fun!!

Paul Wesley: Interview With A Vampire
Paul Wesley, star of the new Vampire Diaries show on the CW talked to Access Hollywood about getting the role and how it's changed his life.
“I had to work so hard to get this role… that when I did finally get it and I got on set, it was sort of one of these things where I just felt so challenged that I almost never settled in and went ‘OK, I can enjoy this. I can relax,’” Wesley, who is currently filming the sixth “Vampire Diaries” episode, said. “He’s a very complex character… and I’m starting to really figure him out.
He says he's not feeling any paparazzi pressure just yet:
“People come up to me, but it’s always just very civil,” he said. “I know that like, Brad Pitt or Robert Pattinson or any of the ‘Twilight’ kids, they literally can’t leave their house, and I certainly don’t feel that in the least bit. I just feel normal, it just feels totally normal.”
Paul is also going to be in a few upcoming episodes of 24 with Kiefer Sutherland, playing Elisha Cuthbert's husband.
“It was a pleasure to work on the show because it’s such a prestigious show and I just wanted to be involved in any way possible,” Wesley said of his small role, which began last season. “I love Elisha. She’s so sweet and I got to meet Kiefer Sutherland which is great because I’m a big fan.”

Producers Undecided About Future Of Kiefer Sutherland's 24

I love 24! This can't be happening. Will next season be my favorite show's last? TV executive Kevin Reilly told the New York Post,
"It’s our last contractual season of 24. There are a lot of moving parts, so we’re not sure what will happen after that.
"It’s going to come down to a business decision. It’s not an inexpensive show on the network books and we also want to finish strong. This is not a show we want to prop up… We haven’t made any decision whether it’s back or not."
I would much rather hear, "YES! Of course we are returning! 24 is one of Fox's best shows. How could we not do another season?" Sigh.

If Only Jack Bauer Had Such An Easy Time With The Law
Kiefer Sutherland will not be prosecuted for head-butting Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough.
The ‘24’ star had been charged with third degree assault in May, but the case has been dropped.
Manhattan District Attorney (D.A.) spokeswoman Alicia Maxey Greene confirmed:
“We declined to prosecute after a full investigation. And that included speaking to the complaining witness who was quite uncooperative… Therefore, the D.A. declined to prosecute."
Kiefer, 42, has also been cleared by the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, which was looking into the case as Kiefer was on a five-year probation – following his conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) in 2007, which saw him sentenced to 48 days in prison - at the time of the altercation.
Spokesman Frank Mateljan said:
“Based on the evidence and information received from New York officials, as well as our own independent review of the evidence, we will not be seeking a violation of Sutherland's probation.”
It was claimed Kiefer and Jack scuffled after Kiefer accused him of pushing actress Brooke Shields to the ground in nightspot SubMercer.
Kiefer later apologized for the incident, with himself and Jack releasing a joint statement in which they appeared to settle their differences.
Kiefer said:
"I am sorry about what happened that night and sincerely regret that Mr. McCollough was injured."
Jack added:
"I appreciate Mr. Sutherland's statement and wish him well."

Kiefer Sutherland Goes On Fallon To Talk About Headbutting Incident
He feel sorry and is regretful. That's what Kiefer Sutherland said last night during his visit on 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon'. The headbutting incident was uncalled for and Sutherland is making the rounds to talk about his mistake.
Brooke Shields Breaks Her Silence
Brooke Shields is speaking out about the alleged altercation between Kiefer Sutherland and Jack McCollough. Kiefer reportedly headbutted Jack after seeing Jack "knock" Brooke to the ground. Kiefer now faces assault charges as a result. Brooke is responding to "neither true nor authorized" statements that have been attributed to her with a statement of her own.
While at the party she was bumped into by Jack McCollough and Kiefer
Sutherland became concerned. Kiefer has always been a gentleman in her
company. Both Jack and Kiefer are friends of Ms. Shields and she
regrets this unfortunate situation."
For his part, Kiefer's attorney has made the following statement:
'We are troubled by the untruthful and self-serving information
circulating regarding Kiefer Sutherland and events of last Monday
evening,' attorney Michael C. Miller said in a statement.'We are confident, however, that the investigation being conducted
by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and the NYPD will confirm
that Kiefer Sutherland was neither the instigator nor a wrongdoer in
this incident. Out of respect for this law enforcement process, Kiefer
Sutherland will not be making any comment.' "
