"I really like the idea of yoga but I can't do it. It just pisses me off. If anybody tells me to relax then I just tend to tense up. That's why I'm not a yoga girl at all unfortunately. And gym work is just so boring and repetitive. I'm not a gym person at all. The most exercise I get when I'm not working is when I turn up the radio."

Keira Knightly Says Focus On My Films, Not My Figure
Sep 1, 2007 AT 08:52 am
"It's really frustrating, and particularly when you come to Venice film festival with a film that is an intelligent film. It's a thought-provoking film you can have a really good discussion about. I think it was just a shame that that had to be brought up then, and the fact that we all knew that it was going to be brought up. We actually had a bet going. I was like 'Come on, how many times either anorexia or something about my body, are going to come up.'"

Keria Knightley Talks About Her (Non) Weight Issue
May 2, 2007 AT 07:42 pm
On the tabloids including images of her when talking about eating disorders:Â
"When all that blew up, I felt terrible. It appeared that I were promoting something when I absolutely was not. I am thin because that's what I am, and I was thinner at that point because of the work I do. Nothing else."
On losing weight while filming POTC:Â
"I had lost weight. We were filming in searing temperatures and shooting fight scenes in which you were wearing a wetsuit underneath a load of corsets, fighting with heavy weights in the water. Can you imagine a more advanced cardio workout than that done hour after hour?"
On seeking advice from a doctor to gain weight:
"He told me that for someone of my body type to get to a [European] size 12, I would have to eat a lot of sh-- food, stop exercising and drink loads," she says. "But I don't want to have to go 'round eating crap and being really unhealthy in order for people to stop having a go at me."

Are Celebrities Getting Too Skinny?

You know who the repeat offenders are. The same names keep on popping up in the news in pictures showing dramatic weight loss accompanied by bogus defensive comments ("I'm naturally thin" or "I eat fast food all the time"). Kate Bosworth, Nicole Richie, Keira Knightley, and Victoria Beckham all have lost TONS of weight in the past few years. Is everyone making a big deal out of nothing though? Perhaps it really just is throwing up your food or not eating any at all better eating habits and working out. :)
