Kristen Davis Feels Protective Of Taylor Lautner
Hollywood truly is a small world, isn't it? I never would have thought 'Sex and the City' star Kristen Davis and 'Twilight' star Taylor Lautner knew each other, but they worked together in the 2005 film 'The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3-D.' Kristen said she is having to adjust to his new heartthrob status.
"Oh, the youngster! He was the Sharkboy, and I played the mother of the other kid who imagined Sharkboy and Lavagirl in Robert Rodriguez's movie, and I met him down in Texas. He was a kid," Kristin recently told MTV News about her former co-star. "He was a kid and he didn't have those muscles, and I don't know what happened. I see these pictures [now and] I can't believe it.
"I feel protective, like what is he doing without his shirt on?" she said. "And then I hear he's dating people and I'm like, 'Ahh!'"
However, Kristen said she's happy for his success.
"He's a great kid and he works really, really, really hard and he had a great professional ethic when I worked with him," she continued. "[He was] nothing of those negative things that you think of with child actors. So for anyone to be succeeding, I'm happy for him."
Taylor went through such a dramatic transformation to keep his role in 'New Moon,' I can see where it would be a shock!

Kristen Davis Doesn't Want Children
Kristen Davis doesn’t want children because she gets to be a mother on screen. The actress, who is once again playing the married mom-of-two Charlotte York Goldenblatt for another ‘Sex and the City’ movie, says the playing the character gives her all the experience of domestic bliss she needs.
“I have just spent the day with my fake children. I get to do Charlotte's days at home with the dogs and the kids and living her life. I love it.”
The 44-year-old star – who is believed to be dating photographer Russell James – admits people struggle to understand she is different from her on-screen alter ego and can’t understand why she doesn’t want to marry.
She added to Australia’s Sydney Morning Herald newspaper:
“We definitely don't share the focus on marriage and there have been some strange things written about me. I once went to a wedding and the next week there were stories with headlines like 'Kristin gives up on her dream of marriage', which was never something I was focused on. I am not goal-orientated like that.
“When I say no to being photographed, people get surprised because they expect me to be nice like Charlotte.”
I have to admit, she is one of those actresses who I did believe was very similar to her on screen character. Kristen plays SUCH a believable Charlotte! And if you watch Noggin, you know she is the voice of the mother in Miss Spider's Sunny Patch too.

More Sex And The City Outfits
All the ladies (Kristen Davis, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon, and Sarah Jessica Parker) were on set for some more 'Sex and the City' movie scenes. What do you think of the variety of outfits we've seen so far?

Watching SATC 2 Film Outside Bergdorf Goodman
Ever wanted to know what it's like for the girls of Sex and the City to film on a NYC street? My writer Tabitha paid a visit to the set to see how large and LOUD the crowds were.
Here is her write up:
Yesterday, I was one of the zillion people who all stopped for two minutes to see SATC filming outside Bergdorf Goodman. 20 minutes later, I was still there, trying to will SJP with my mind to turn so that I could get a good shot. She and Kristin Davis were filming a walking scene in the area and the fans were out of control. I swear, it would be easier to build a NY set somewhere deserted and shoot scenes there as opposed to battling the crowds to keep out of the shots. Police officers and set workers tried in vain to keep the crowd back and the streets clear for traffic. At one point, someone lifted the barricade by mistake. All I saw was a sea of people racing across the street and swarming around SJP and Kristin as set staff struggled to keep them from being crushed. Honestly, that was a bit scary.
They turned to wave to the crowd occasionally, causing collective screams to rise to the heavens. SJP's legs are insane, by the way. Really toned and lean. She makes me want to go work out. :)
The Girls Continue To Film SATC 2
YEAH! Here are Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristen Davis, and Cynthia Nixon all getting reacquainted on the set of 'Sex and the City 2'. Looks like whatever issues Sarah and Kim had are a thing of the past.
So nice to see them all together right?? I love how they all got together in wardrobe and posed for the growing crowd. I can only imagine how loud the screams were!
