First Look: Kristen Stewart In 'The Yellow Handkerchief'
Samuel Goldwyn Films just released a brand new official trailer & poster for The Yellow Handkerchief, starring Academy Award winner William Hurt, Kristen Stewart, Maria Bello and Eddie Redmayne.
In case you haven't heard about the movie (from IMDB):
One lazy afternoon in a backwater Louisiana town, Martine takes a leap into an unfamiliar convertible. The driver, Gordy, an awkward young itinerant who eyed her in the diner earlier, isn't displeased to find this pretty sylph in his front seat. Soon they meet Brett, a laconic, humble man just released from prison. Martine isn't keen on going solo with Gordy, and now it's raining cats and dogs, so she invites Brett along, and the unlikely trio sets out, each person unsure of the destination. What ensues is a journey through the lush green byways of rural Louisiana and into the depths of these characters' souls.
The film hits theaters on February 12th 2010!
Love It Or Hate It: Kristen Stewart
Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Robert Pattinson and Chris Weitz were out at a fan party in the UK for the 'Twilight Saga: New Moon' held at Battersea Evolution. Kristen's dress is unusual. The top half seems very rocker-chic, almost Joan Jett-esque.
Kristen and Rob have fanned the flames of gossip by being photographed holding hands while boarding a plane from France last night. I don't have the rights to the photos but you can see them here on E!.
What do you think of her dress? I think she picks some pretty unique outfits for the red carpet. It will be fun to watch her at each of the premieres and press events. There are so many gorgeous women in this movie, I'm sure we're going to see a lot of great fashion in the next week or so.

Kristen Stewart Compares Taylor Lautner And Robert Pattinson
Kristen Stewart compared her two leading men, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson, when she sat down with Entertainment Tonight. I'm sure she had to tread carefully here! She says Taylor and Robert aren't much alike in real life.
"I mean, they're just completely different guys. I mean, Taylor's like really happy-go-lucky. He's really light and actually that sort of mirrors, that's how Jacob is too. He's always smiling and he's sort of ... he's just a really good guy."
As for Robert?
"Rob is a really good guy, too. He's like a little bit more ... I don't want to say that he's more complicated because I bet if you broke down their character, I bet they're both equally complex. I think Rob considers things a little bit more, I think he drives himself a little bit crazier, like as well as I do. If we could take a lesson from Taylor, I think me and Rob could probably both have easier lives."
Is that how they strike you (from watching the interviews, etc)?

Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart Attend 'New Moon' Photocall
Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart attended 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' photocall held at the Hotel Crillon in Paris. I am giddy with excitement over this next movie. Yes, I know what happens. Yes, I've read the entire series... but I have a feeling the sequel is going to put 'Twilight' to shame with special effects and a deeper storyline. Hopefully, they did a better job carving out the complex relationships that exist because that's really what makes these books so compelling!
I am also LOVING Kristen in her dress. Truthfully, I'm not typically a fan of light-skinned people wearing pale colors. It almost becomes a wash. However, with Kristen's black hair it really works. And don't get me started on those shoes!!

Kristen Stewart Talks About Shooting 'New Moon,' 'Eclipse,' And 'Breaking Dawn'
Kristen Stewart has made it clear she's done dealing with all the gossip :) So now she's on to talking about the 'Twilight' movies. She said filming the breakup scene was frightening.
"That was the scariest thing. I was almost as worried about messing it up than I was about what I actually should have been thinking about which was the issues that Bella is dealing with. Reading it, it's so iconic. There's nothing like that moment in reality even. It's not even like a normal breakup scene. I know what's it like to get broken up with but I don't know what it's like to get broken up with by a vampire who I've now been physically and chemically altered by. Suddenly you take an addict, you take whatever they're addicted to away from them and there's withdrawal. So that was the most intimidating scene in the entire movie. I don't know how to explain how I did it…[sic]
On Bella's development as a character:
"What I really love about New Moon is that you see this girl build herself back up and by the time she makes this sort of rash decision to spend eternity with a vampire she’s in a position where you actually believe her..."

Kristen Stewart Can't Find A Way Out Of The Madness
Kristen Stewart will say anything to get these stories stopped about her rumored romance with Rob Pattinson... even that she is a lesbian.
The 19-year-old actress is so sick of commenting on the one rumor that just won't go away - her secret relationship with her ‘Twilight’ co-star. She's even ran through several scenarios that she thought might help - but none do.
She told Entertainment Weekly:
“I’ve thought about this a lot. There’s no answer that’s not going to tip you one way or the other. Think about every hypothetical situation: OK, we are. We aren’t. I’m a lesbian. I’m just trying to keep something.
“If people started asking me if I was dating my other co-star Taylor Lautner, I’d be like, ‘f**k off!’ I would answer the exact same way.”
The actress also insisted she would have answered the question honestly if it hadn’t been turned into such a “big deal”.
“I probably would’ve answered it if people hadn’t made such a big deal about it. But I’m not going to give the finding an answer.
“I know that people are really funny about ‘Well, you chose to be an actor, why don’t you just give your whole life away?!”
Kristen admitted she and the British actor are "close" friends.
"I understand why you would assume that, when we lean on each other for support, there must be something more.”
The problem with this industry is - the less you say the more people want to know. It's hard to find the balance. Unless she starts talking, this will always be number one news.
Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart In Harper's Bazaar
New Moon's Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart grace the December cover of Harper's Bazaar and share the wild ride that has catapulted them into the spotlight for better or for worse. The magazine gets an inside look at the life of Hollywood's hottest young stars and in the interview the two share their thoughts on each other -- and why Stewart's nickname for Pattinson is Flippy.
Harper's Bazaar's December issue hits stands November 17th.
Stewart calls Pattinson "a great singer. Heartbreaking," while Pattinson says of his costar, "She's a unique girl. You really don't meet many people like Kristen."
When asked who is more romantic, Stewart immediately says Pattinson, adding,
"I'd have to say Rob is. I think romance is anything honest. As long as it's honest, it's so disarming."
When is Pattinson posed with the same question he quips,
"What did Kristen say?" When he finds out that she pointed at him, he responds, "No. I'm better at faking" and laughs.
Pattison on Stewart:
"Kristen doesn't take an slack. She sticks to her guns - and that's difficult to do."
Stewart on who is more athletic:
"I'm definitely claiming that one. Rob can barely jump rope. I call him Flippy because when he does his stunt rehearsals, he flips around [makes gestures like a penguin]. And God, when he tries to run..."
Pattinson on who googles themselves more:
"[Kristin] would say me, but I reckon it's her. If either one of us catches the other one doing it, we're like, Jesus Christ, is that what you're looking at? And the other one's on their phone pretending to text. I look up my competition more than she does. I'm incredibly shallow. I think she just looks at herself."
