Lauren Conrad was so beautiful! All of the girls looked so much better in person than they do on TV. Naturally, it was because they were all red carpet ready. But everyone around me was commenting on how small framed and TALL and stunning each of the cast members were (Whitney, Lauren, Audrina, Stephanie).

By the time Lauren got down to where I was standing on the red carpet, there was NO time left. So, we had to do group interviews and I couldn’t snag a picture with her. While she was being interviewed by someone else, I turned myself around and faked a picture with her! MK from PopBytes took it so I have to wait until he sends it to me. SO REAL! Honestly, I didn’t care - I really wanted one.

And her prediction for summer trends? Cute summer dresses with skinny belts. Lauren said she is “obsessed with them”. And as you can see, her outfit mirrors that statement.

I’m not saying I am going to have an absolute opportunity to interview Lauren, Whitney, Audrina and Heidi, but should they surprise us all with a ten minute visit - what are the questions you want answered? They are going to have a room for various writers to live blog the entire event. Look out for that post on Monday night. I am flying into LA that morning, having lunch at The Ivy (I am FINALLY going to see what that is all about) with a few writers from my other sections and then going to The Hills finale.

So here is the thing, I am REALLY excited about this. I love the show and to be able to go to this event is seriously making me insane. I went shopping yesterday and bought (insert what you think I spent and then times it by 3) worth of clothes. I need to return a TON of it because it was obnoxious. But I think I found an outfit.

I am going to go with a long aqua blue tube top shirt with black leggings. I didn’t want to get too dressed up because I am COVERING the event, not really invited to the show so to speak. And I figured that outfit can go both ways with the help of some chunky jewelry. What do you think? Should I go with a nicer look? More put together? I am not a dress girl, so please don’t tell me to wear that. I don’t have enough time to hunt one down that looks good on my frame.

I was also thinking white skinny jeans with a funky shirt. AHHH

The Hills finale airs this Monday Night Live beginning a 8pm ET/PT.

There might be a snowball’s chance in you know what that I will attend The Hills Live finale in LA. I was asked if I had any LA based writers to attend the show and I wrote back in full caps that I want to go instead. So fingers crossed people!! I would DIE if I could live blog the finale as that is my favorite reality show (as if you didn’t know that with the over-saturation right?).

Lauren Conrad and a friend sat outside the Urth Cafe on Melrose enjoying the gorgeous sunny day. I think Lauren looks especially cute in these photographs and I love that dress. It’s a tad too short for me considering all the running and bending I do with the kids, but on her it works. Off subject, but I’m curious if any of you have bought items from her collection and what you thought about them?

Unless proof comes out, this is all just one big he said, she said.  Jason Wahler is now denying the claims Spencer Pratt made when on the Tyra Banks Show.  Spencer said,

“I know for 100 percent fact it did exist – 1000%!”

And now Jason has retaliated saying,

“I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist. Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention.”

So who’s telling the truth?  Do you think there is an LC sex tape and that her friend is covering for her, or is Spencer just running his mouth?

Stop the press, Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad actually agree on something! Both have similar opinions over the whole Miley Cyrus scandal.

Heidi said,

“I think she’s a young girl in Hollywood, and she’s just having fun. [She]’s exploring herself.”

While Lauren gave a more in depth answer,

“I found it a bit silly. I thought she looked beautiful in the pictures. I didn’t find it that inappropriate. Being young and in the spotlight “is difficult. It’s a lot of pressure on her since she is a role model, but I think she’s doing a good job.”

And of course, Spencer Pratt had to give his two cents,

“I didn’t think it was that bad. Supposedly, she’s wearing a top underneath. It’s artistic.”

This whole thing is just not going to die. Reporters are going to keep asking every celeb who has ever heard of Miley to give an opinion and the blogs are just going to keep reporting on it :)  But, anyways, let’s move on to another subject.

Who watched The Hills last night?   I thought it was kind of a boring episode.  Yeah, we get it…Spencer and Heidi don’t want Stephanie to hang out with Lauren…big deal.  But does anyone else feel bad for Audrina?  It seems like now that LO and Lauren live together they just keep ganging up on her!
