Kate Hudson was spotted wearing a diamond on her wedding finger in Boston last Thursday and the world is a buzz with engagement rumors. Could it be? Did Owen Wilson pop the question. A source tells Britain’s News Of The World newspaper, “Kate supported Owen during his low patch and that proved to him she’s the woman he wants to be with for ever.” The source adds, “The engagement is a natural step for them both.”

I don’t know. I almost believe this one. Let’s wait for rep confirmation / denial.

UPDATE: Well, wasn’t that a quick one. DENIED!!

“She’s definitely not engaged,” a rep for Hudson tells Usmagazine.com. A rep for Wilson, 39, also confirms the rumors are wrong.

I read about the divorce very early in the morning, but it was just a rumor at the time and didn’t post it because I didn’t really believe it. My mistake as People Magazine is now making the split official. Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have decided to separate. Rep confirmation and all.

“Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation. They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family’s privacy be respected at this time.”

The small whispers of trouble in paradise became much louder when Liv was snapped alone and without her ring at the NY Costume Institute Gala earlier in the week.

Oh my goodness! Saturday Night Live’s vet comedian Cheri Oteri’s father was murdered. He was stabbed to death in Nashville. My DEEPEST sympathy.

Authorities have arrested and charged country songwriter Richard Fagan, 61, with criminal homicide in the death of Gaetano Thomas Oteri, 69, the Associated Press reports. Oteri, known as “Tom,” was Fagan’s roommate as well as his longtime music associate and publisher. According to the local NewsChannel 5, the incident took place at Fagan’s home in South Nashville on Saturday night.

The National Enquirer reported it back in March and now it is official. Star Jones has released the following statement regarding her split from husband, Al Reynolds.

Alicia Keys and Kerry Brothers are planning a wedding for this summer in NY’s Oheka Castle. Oheka is on Long Island and is BEAUTIFUL.  Hubby and I are always saying we need a date night there… not that it happens. But we say it. Alicia chose July 4th weekend for the ceremony and rumor is the bosses over at the castle have confirmed a wedding is booked during that time (just not who).

Keys and Brothers have never spoken openly about their relationship. They have been songwriting partners for years, co-owning the KrucialKeys production company and New York’s Oven Recording Studios. A representative for the R&B star has yet to confirm or deny the wedding reports.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are expecting their first child according to Us Weekly Magazine. So I guess the rumors were true about the engagement sparking from a pregnancy. There seems to be a trend with younger sisters not using protection in Hollywood? This is an interesting year to say the least. First we had Solange, Beyonce’s sister (thanks PardyHardy) Jamie Lynn, Britney’s sister and now Ashlee, Jessica’s sister? But let’s not forget Jessica Alba and Nicole Richie either. Is getting pregnant before marriage the new black in the Industry?

When asked, Ashlee’s rep had no comment. Wonder what Papa Joe has to say about this. After all, he is a former Baptist minister.

Update: I am actually SHOCKED to see someone in the comments section think for one second that “is getting pregnant before marriage the new black” was meant to be a racial statement. That is not what INO or what I am all about. This is a family friendly site that NEVER says racial, homophobic or sexist things. “X is the new black” is a very common term that I thought would be interpreted properly. I’m still confused over it all but wanted to make it clear that my intention was only to say it’s the latest trend.
