The summer is such a wonderful time. It gives fashionistas the license to go bold and big with great dresses and accessories. Check out Eva Mendes' dress! Love it!! She joined Liv Tyler, Janet Jackson and Claudia Schiffer at the Christian Dior spring/summer 2009 couture show at the Rodin museum in France.

Liv Tyler and her adorable son Milo were at LAX this afternoon getting ready to board a flight. Liv looked sweet and cute, per usual, in her drop-waist plaid top and bright red lipstick.

Before I get into the Liv Tyler quote, I have to spread the news that I HEARD The Hulk was AWESOME. I know several people who went this weekend and said it was worth the money (in NYC, that's like $53 a ticket).
I'm happy about it doing well despite Ed Norton's decision to not heavily promote the film. Guess it really didn't need it.
Back to Liv. While shooting love scenes with Ed, Liv was actually intimidated by how in shape he was. She actually thought that someone could outshine her beauty in a scene (practically impossible IMO).
"There were points when I was like, ‘Wait! We cannot do this love scene because his body looks so much more beautiful than mine!’"

Liv Tyler and Ed Norton both attended the world premiere of The Incredible Hulk. We've been seeing a ton of Liv these days but I can't say I mind, since she always looks gorgeous! As for Edward, unfortunately the photo agency didn't think it would be necessary to get a full body picture of him, so we don't get to see the entire picture of the hot man in a suit. But, hey, shoulders up is still nice, right? I'll take what I can get. :)

Liv Tyler was beautiful in a blue dress as she stopped by Gelson's to do a little grocery shopping before heading over to Brooks for a massage. I thought the dress was cute from the front and once I saw the back I fell in love.
I'm still very curious about that reconciliation rumor that is circulating. Will she get back with her husband? Does she even want to?

Star Magazine is reporting that Liv Tyler is hoping to reconcile with her husband just months after calling it quits. Royston Langdon just might get a second chance all thanks to a little chat Liv had with Gwyneth Paltrow. It seems Liv wants to save her five year marriage for the sake of her son, Milo.
Star's source says,
"(She) is desperately sad and thinks she may have made (a) mistake. She now feels that no matter how bad it was, they can still make it work… Liv even suggested they (her and Langdon) go on a trip together."

Liv Tyler and her adorable son Milo enjoyed an afternoon at Pacific Park in Santa Monica yesterday. I just read a quote from her that is WILD. Every now and then , she blacks out from fear when the paparazzi gets too close for comfort. How terrible! She fears that they will harm her son so intensely that her body just gives.
"I have a couple of times had a reaction where I’ve just blacked out. Because they are scary sometimes, and as a mother you are so protective."

Will Smith, Katharine McPhee, Lindsay Lohan getting dragged by her mother at high speeds, Liv Tyler, Anna Faris and some good ol' American Gladiators (who I joked around with a bit) also walked the magic line.

Liv Tyler and her son Milo sat pretty for Cookie Magazine's cover shot for their June/July issue. She talks a lot about the impact Milo has on her life and how he provides stability and perspective.
---
On wanting to raise her son in the country…
“I’d love for him to have pets and chickens to take care of. And I want to give him all the tools to be the best man he can be. For me, so much of that has to do with being in nature and really using your hands when you’re a kid.”
On her own unsteady childhood…
“I’m still working through my issues, which I always will be.”
On having a new perspective on parenting…
“I had the ideas we all had as teenagers, of Well, I’m gonna do it this way. Then suddenly you’re living it, and you have a lot more empathy for every other parent in the world.”
On whether motherhood has made her pickier about the film projects she chooses…
“Whenever I hear actors say that, I think, Wow, they must really be in demand! I’m still trying to figure it all out. [Modeling and acting] are what I’ve done since I was 14, so it’s not like I have another option. But the balance can be hard for me, because for my whole life, my dream was to be a mother.”
On her mother’s role growing up…
“My mom was around, but she was young and struggling.”

Hahaha, cute! Kids really do say the darndest things, don't they? Liv Tyler's son Milo seems to be a little confused over what mommy does for a living. :)
His description of her job starts with: "My mommy works at night." And her office? "He'll point out motor homes along the road and say, 'That's where my mommy works,'" says the actress, 30. "The implication, well..."
As for her on the road lifestyle affecting her son's stability, Liv isn't too worried.
...She tries "to embrace that we live like gypsies a little bit. We go somewhere for three months at a time, and we make friends and get to see a whole new place. It's very special in a way. My philosophy is that we're the ones who go to him in the night and when he wakes up in the morning, and those are the most important moments in a young child's life."
With celebrities on the go so much, I know the subject has been raised over and over again in the comments, especially in regards to Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and their children...what about the kids' stability? Now that Liv has addressed the subject, do you feel any different about the issue?
