Paparazzo Says He Isn't To Blame For Madonna's Horse Riding Accident
The paparazzo speaks!
Over the weekend, Madonna fell off her horse after a paparazzo allegedy jumped out of the bushes and startled the animal. She was rushed to a Long Island hospital, but was later released with a clean bill of health.
Photographer Thomas Hinton says he isn't to blame. In fact, the camera man told TMZ that he left before the event even happened.
"If I had startled the horse, I would have gotten pictures!"
Thomas is also claiming that Madonna's team is lying about the whole incident.
The paparazzo who claims he was the only pap around when Madonna fell
off her horse on Saturday says he isn't to blame for her fall -- and he
claims Madonna's peeps are straight up lying about what went down.We
spoke with the photog who tells us he shot Madonna before and after she
fell -- but was not there for the actual fall. He tells us he took pics
of her riding and then left. About 30 minutes later, he says he got a
tip about an ambulance being sent out for a 50-year-old woman -- so he
put two and two together and went back to snap pics of her being tended
to.
The singer’s rep Liz Rosenberg originally released the following statement:
"The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend. Madonna will be having further tests and continues to remain under observation by doctors."
Madonna Hospitalized After Horse Riding Accident
Thankfully, Madonna suffered only minor injuries after falling off her horse near a friend's Hamptons home this weekend. Apparently, while the singer was enjoying a peaceful ride, a group of paparazzi startled the horse and Madonna fell off!
Rosenberg said the photographers had jumped out of the bushes to snap
Madonna, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island for the
weekend. Further medical tests are to be conducted, and doctors will
continue to observe Madonna, the rep added.
Oh my goodness! Can you imagine?
After her brief stay in the hospital, the singer was released.
Unluckily for Madonna (and every other celeb that vacations on Eastern Long Island), the season is just beginning in the Hamptons which means permanently stationed men with cameras who will jump at every phone call they get.
Madonna And Jesus Luz Back Together
After taking a hiatus around the time there were rumors of his cheating, I thought these two were done for good. But, sources say that Madonna and Jesus Luz are back on.
The couple supposedly went on their first date since they've been back together last night at a restaurant in Manhattan.
“Madonna couldn’t wipe the smile off her face and was clearly glad to have Jesus around again.”
Maybe she needed a shoulder to cry on after all that went down with Mercy. After all, it's always easy to run back to an ex, isn't it?

reported by the New York Post, the home is rumored to have 26 rooms
including 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The home also features a wine

Madonna Devastated Over Mercy Adoption Denial
Rumor has it that Madonna is so UPSET over her adoption rejection she has stopped eating
and exercising.
Exercising is the singer's favorite hobby - I can't imagine this to be true, but then again - we have no idea how she is feeling.
A source tells Britain’s Daily Express newspaper that Madonna's friends are worried about her health after the court ruled
against her adoption of four-year-old Mercy James from Malawi earlier this
month.
“She has abandoned her strict macrobiotic diet and is
virtually eating nothing. She has even stopped training since she returned
from Malawi and seems to be in a trance a lot of the time.”
At least she has friends from the Kabbalah religion to speak to.
“Madonna attended a
Passover dinner in London held by members of her Kabbalah faith and broke
down in tears about Mercy.
“She looked wiped out, telling guests she felt weak from lack of sleep and
exercise. She said she felt too low to train which, for her, is unheard of.”
There is still hope for Madonna. She is currently appealing the court’s decision in the hope Mercy
can join her other children, Lourdes, Rocco, and David Banda.
Madonna Moving To Malawi?
Madonna is absolutely NOT giving up on being allowed to adopt Mercy James. Part of the judge's reasoning on saying no was that Madonna wouldn't be living in Malawi for 18 months under observation with Mercy following adoption procedures. So Madonna is apparently building a house over there in order to play by the rules.
Madonna has a big, beautiful plot of land over there already. She’s
planning to build a girl’s school in the Chinkhota village and those designs
are well under way.But she’s gone back to the designers and asked if they could accommodate a
family home on the plot or on adjacent land.
Wow. Nobody could doubt her commitment to this child now, right?
Madonna's Still Saving The World
Madonna is a controversial figure, that's for sure. But, you can't deny that her heart is in the right place. Even after her public denial to adopt Mercy James from Malawi, she's right back at it, trying to make the world a better place.
The singer has donated a substantial amount of money to the victims of the earthquake in Italy. She released a statement saying,
“I am happy to lend a helping hand to the town
that my ancestors are from. My heart goes out to the families that have lost loved ones
or their homes.”
And...guessed what spurred Madonna on to donate? TWITTER. HAHA, I'm cracking up right now, can't believe it!
“Thank you for informing me today that (the)
mayor of Pacentro, Italy made a plea to madonna for her to help
earthquake victims.. help is on its way,” Madonna’s manager, Guy
Oseary, wrote on his Twitter page on Tuesday. “It was the twitter nation that informed us today of the mayors plea… madonna is making a donation.”
Word has it that Madonna donated about $500,000 dollars.

Mercy James' Family Supports Madonna
As the entire world already knows, Madonna's bid to adopt Mercy James was turned down last week. But she's appealing to the judge. And Mercy's family is 100% behind her decision.
Mercy's uncle says,
"We don't understand the judge's reasoning. We as a family discussed this and agreed that it is in the best
interests of Mercy to have her adopted, so why should the judge stop
this if the family is okay with it?We are very disappointed. We hope that the Supreme Court will overturn her ruling."
He makes a good point, right? If both the family and Madonna think this is in the best interests of Mercy, why should the court be able to stop the adoption from going through?
