The 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show
What a night for NYC!!! The premiere of 'New Moon' AND the 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show! Wowza! LiLy Adrich, Marisa Miller, Heidi Klum, Fergie, Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Ana Beatriz Barros walked the pink carpet for the big event. The show took place at the Lexington Armory and celebrities like Christian Siriano, Michelle Trachtenberg, and Zac Posen were front and center.
While the event taped last night it is due to air on CBS December 1st at 10PM.

THE VICTORIA’S SECRET FASHION SHOW will return to the fashion capital of the world New York City this year, and will broadcast Tuesday, Dec. 1 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The fashion spectacular will feature a runway presentation and musical performance from three time Grammy Award-winning superstars The Black Eyed Peas, red carpet interviews, model profiles and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the world’s most celebrated fashion show.
Marisa Miller For Cosmopolitan Magazine
Sexy supermodel Marisa Miller graces the cover of Cosmo this month and reveals her secrets for getting into shape. She's someone to listen to considering she's been a Sports Illustrated model, a Victoria's Secret angel and was named by Maxim as one of the Sexiest Women on the Planet. Did I mention she is only 30?
Not really a surprise in the reveal... she works out. But Marisa also admitted that she doesn't deprive herself of a good meal.
"I don't starve myself. Anyone who knows me will tell you I have an appetite. I'd much rather work out and not diet than not work out and have to diet. A lot of models don't eat and smoke cigarettes all day because they don't work out."
To read the rest of her fitness tricks, you are going to have to buy the magazine. But I've finally come to the realization that there is no magic pill... and there are no tricks. Eat right, stay active... that's pretty much the entire industry in a nutshell. Although, truth be told, really wouldn't mind that magic pill...
Do you work out so you can eat? Or do you eat less so you don't have to work out? How about neither?! LOL!

Interview With Victoria's Secret Model Marisa Miller
Marisa Miller graces the cover of this month's Fitness Magazine. Of course, the Victoria's Secret model looks absolutely amazing in her purple bikini! But there's more to Marissa than just good looks. She's also involved with the Peace, Love, Cure campaign, helping to raise money for the Young Survival Coalition and she is an ambassador for the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Fitness chose her as their Mind, Body & Spirit Superstar so they sat down to interview her and she opened up about old insecurities, her daddy and healthy eating and exercise habits.
On being shy - ”yes really..!:
"I used to be shy about [my body] because I was a tomboy, but I was also a size D by the time I was 16. I'd hide my body in big T-shirts and baggy pants. If I was with friends at the beach and I had to get up to throw a piece of garbage away, I would put on all my clothes just to walk to the trash can."
On why she exercises:
"I'm comfortable with the curves I have. I like having a woman's body... It's not like I'm exercising to be skinny - ”I'm the girl who needs curves. I like my butt and boobs!"
Miller's workout secrets:
"I've tried everything. I love surfing: it's spiritual and physical... I also like Spinning. It's good toning for your rear and legs. I'll put in one of my favorite Guns N' Roses music video DVDs and start pedaling. I find it's so much easier to work out when I can distract myself with something visual."
On her biggest dietary weakness:
"Definitely ice cream."
On all that attention:
"I didn't like getting attention. Even now, I don't like it."
On what she stays away from - ”most of the time:
"Processed stuff... .Recently, I came back from a long trip and [my husband had] gone grocery shopping - ”which was nice, but it was all TV dinners and Cap'n Crunch. I said, "Honey, is there a fruit or vegetable anywhere in the house?' And he's like, "I got canned peaches!' God bless him, but he doesn't make it easy for me."

"Recently, I was on a cover and my dad was so excited that he bought three copies of the magazine at the grocery store. The woman at the checkout looked at him like he was a total pervert. My dad was like, "No! That's my daughter on the cover!' And she was like, "Uh-huh... '"
