Mary Kate And Ashley Olsen's Neighbors Are Not Happy
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen apparently aren't very good neighbors. Residents of the West Village block they live on are upset because MKO and Ashley disturb the peace. The girls always post bodyguards outside their place and sometimes when the twins arrive they'll even make other residents of the building leave the stoop so the starlets can climb the stairs in peace. One upset person say she's sick of their "military presence," and stated,
"They are disruptive, intrusive and totally disrespectful."
Other celebs have no problem fitting in, but the Olsen twins are always conspicuous,
A block resident told us two giant GMC Denali trucks are parked
outside the townhouse every night, with hired muscle who keep the
engines idling for hours at a time. "You would think there was a
government operation going on," the resident said."It is a peaceful, quiet street," the source added. "Plenty of other celebrities around this block [Sarah Jessica Parker, Liv Tyler, Gisele Bundchen and Julianne Moore] are good neighbors and blend in with the neighborhood - but these two are invaders."
A rep for the twins says,
"If there were significant issues, you would think that the neighbors
would address Ashley or Mary-Kate directly, rather than calling the
media."
It's funny that they call so much attention to themselves like that when they're always trying to hide from the paparazzi.
Mary Kate Olsen Leaving Radiohead Concert
Karmmmmaaa Pollliiiiiccceeeee.... arrest this man.
OH how I love me some Radiohead. Mary Kate Olsen wore an over-sized flannel shirt and short jean shorts while attending a concert earlier this week. The only reason why I know she is wearing shorts is because you can see the string from the cut up jeans in one of the shots from the set. Otherwise, it just looks like she is wearing a men's shirt as a dress which I guess isn't that surprising considering it's Mary Kate.

Bob Saget Defends The Olsen Twins
Bob Saget hosted a a comedy "roast" last weekend and apparently things got a little raunchy when talking about Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. Bob wasn't too thrilled about some of the things that were said.
"Anybody who talks about my TV kids - that upsets me
the most. I am very protective. I love them
very, very much."
John Stamos also took a swipe at the twins while on stage.
"The whole time Bob and I were doing 'Full House,' he was also hosting 'America's Funniest Home Videos'
" he said. "His entire job consisted of saying 'Take a look at this'
which is what he used to say to Mary Kate in her dressing room."
But afterwards John seemed to regret what he said,
"I truthfully don't know where their sense of humor
lies these days. I thought some of [the roast] was a little
over the top. They're still my friends," he said of Mary-Kate and Ashley. I think [the comics] crossed the line a few times."
One comedian, Gilbert Gottfried, said they had it coming.
"If you are an Olsen girl, you deserve it. They're going to just have to go home and cry in their billions of dollars."

Mary Kate Olsen Speaks About Heath Ledger's Death
Mary Kate Olsen has issued a statement through her lawyer, speaking out against reports that she was somehow involved in Heath Ledger's death. Her lawyer Michael C. Miller says,
“Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger’s home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them. Regarding the Government’s investigation, at Ms. Olsen’s request, we have provided the Government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger’s death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger
consumed. We don’t know the source of the information being quoted in
the media regarding the Government’s inquiry, but these descriptions
are incomplete and inaccurate.”

Mary Kate Olsen Knows Something About Heath Ledger's Death
Police want to talk to Mary Kate Olsen about Heath Ledger's death... and she's asked for immunity!!! What does that mean? Why would someone do that unless they have something serious to say? This just got terribly interesting. I thought this story was over and Heath could rest in peace, but it seems that Mary Kate knows something that has brought it all back to life.
So why do the police want to talk to Mary Kate? Because she was the first person called after her masseuse discovered Ledger’s body in his New York apartment.
According to the New York Post, Olsen "has refused to speak" and her lawyer, Michael Miller, reportedly claims she won’t be interviewed "unless she gets immunity, exercising her constitutional rights".
Miller tells the publication, "We are not going to comment on whether there is a criminal investigation."

Mary-Kate Olsen Talks Spencer Pratt
While promoting her new movie 'The Wackness' on Letterman, Mary-Kate Olsen spilled the beans on what it was like to go to high school with Spencer Pratt. I didn't even know these two went to school together. Says Mary-Kate,
"He does not have a good temper,"
"He used to play on the soccer team ... (and) he walked out of a few games. He would walk off the field."
Sounds like he hasn't changed a bit! When Letterman pressed for more dirt on Spencer, Mary-Kate reverted to promoting her movie and advised the rest of Hollywood to "Wear underwear! Wear your panties." Ha! I am really starting to like this girl.
Update: Spencer responds via Us Magazine
"I don't really get why she'd use my name to get press for her little indie film that no one's going to see, She should probably focus more on not getting dressed in the dark than on me."
"I know I've made it in Hollywood when a famous troll is talking about me on Letterman. I forgive her, though," he added. "She's had to go through life as the less cute twin, which must be tough."
I guess he never heard of taking the high road.

Mary Kate Olsen Arriving to The Late Show With David Letterman
Mary-Kate Olsen looked beautiful as she arrived to the Late Show With David Letterman yesterday in NYC. Not only do I actually like her dress and even love the hippy hair, but she's smiling! It's nice to see that she is enjoying her work and building on her resume.
