Melanie Brown from 'The Spice Girls' looked great in a Grey dress while signing copies of her new DVD, "Totally Fit" at the Virgin Megastore in New York yesterday. A few celebrities have gone down the fitness video path and I'm curious if any of you have bought them before? Were they any good? Any that you would recommend?
Currrently, my household is using the Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred
and LOVE IT. About 5 other friends of mine or my hubby's are on it too and we are all losing weight one exhausting 20 minute work out at a time.

Eddie Murphy Has Never Met His Daughter
This story breaks my heart for that poor little girl. Eddie Murphy has never met his own daughter, because he refuses to speak to Melanie Brown.
“To see the kid, he’d have to see the mother. Maybe when she’s older, Eddie will see Angel, but not now.”
Melanie is willing to put her differences aside in hopes that little Angel will grow up secure in the love of both her mother and her father.
“I want Angel to know she has two parents who love her so much.”
But, another source says,
“Mel’s a crazy woman. Eddie wants to stay far away from her.”
How awful. No matter how much Eddie dislikes Mel, he should think about what's best for his little girl!

Melanie Brown Steers Clear Of Personal Trainers
This is too funny! But, I totally understand her point of view. IF I worked out, and IF I were to ever hire a personal trainer, I would probably have the same problem. And by IF, I mean, never going to happen. :)
Melanie Brown says she no longer hires staff to keep her fit because she gets too distracted!
"I don’t have a personal trainer - if anything, I might take a spin
class once a week, or do a boot camp class. But that’s about it! "I had
personal trainers when I was in my twenties, but I didn’t really do
much training - I did more talking!"
I have friends who do better when they have an exercise partner or a trainer, but other people seem to prefer to go it alone. If you're a gym bunny, would you rather have company, or get in and get out on your own?

Celebrity Procrastinators
Hahahhaha... I'm kidding.
Apparently all the celebrities got the memo that if you want to do some Christmas shopping AND get a little press you head over to The Grove. Which is what are reality show star, Denise Richards and father Irv did yesterday afternoon.
As well as "Dancing with the Stars" winner Brooke Burke and her adorable family. Last, but not least we have Pete Wentz and Melanie Brown aka Mel B. ;) I love Mel's family as well... Her husband is gorgeous!

Melanie Brown And Family Get Some Sushi
Melanie Brown and Stephen Belanfonte took some of their children out for sushi. This is the first time I've ever seen one of Stephen's daughter from his previous relationship. She is ADORABLE!
I love how Melanie always goes out with something in an animal print. She really sticks to what she loves - must be nice to KNOW yourself like that. I, on the other hand, haven't defined at style for myself even at the age of 31. My closet's range is sometimes too broad and leaves me not having any particular style at all.
This season I started to layer more, but that's about it. Not too exciting is it? Do you have defining pieces that are your own? What's your signature style?

HOW ADORABLE is that little pink tutu that Melanie Brown was eying while shopping at The Grove with her family? I LOVE IT. Imagine Angel Iris walking around in that little get up!
The entire family was spotted getting some holiday shopping done as a unit. I could never do Christmas shopping with my daughter! Can't even think about it. ;)
