If I was to cry over every single thing, I’d be the most depressed person ever. Trust me, there have been some low points in my life where I got really depressed about it, but in general, I find it’s smarter to not get depressed and not feed into it.”

Is THAT Taylor Swift? She looks flipping fantastic! Here she is posing at Cipriani’s in NYC for the 5th Annual Candies Foundation ‘Event To Prevent’ Benefit. Other celebrities in attendance were Jason (Le sigh) Lewis, Mischa Barton, Ali Lohan and Katie Lee Joel. If you get any cooking magazines, you know everyone is making a BIG push for Katie and her cookbook, The Comfort Table. It seems like she is on every morning talk show and interviewed in any foodie publication. I hope it works out for her. The recipes do look good!

Mischa Barton is furious that pictures of her sunbathing in a bikini have leaked onto the Internet. When she spotted the photographer secretly taking the shots, she lashed out at him.

“He’s a ridiculous human being. I’ve never abhorred anyone more. I was so angry, I went up to him and said how disappointed I was with his behavior. He apologized but he was very insincere.”

But the photographer claims that she was somewhere public and should have been more mindful.

“We spoke to each other on the island, and that’s when I showed her my camera and I hadn’t taken any shots of her topless. I did warn her it was a public place, and if she wanted privacy she shouldn’t be there. I’m not a perv, and I didn’t intentionally mean to embarrass her. I don’t just set out and start my day thinking I want to get any celebrity topless.”

What do you think? Should Mischa have been more careful about where she was tanning if she didn’t want to have it documented? Or is the paparazzi industry completely out of control?

So I went about collecting some of the more interesting dresses from the Costume Institute Gala. We have the always different Mischa Barton, the usually tame Rachel Bilson, diva Kimora Lee Simmons, Amanda Peet, and Victoria Beckham. Which dress do you guys love and which is flat out ugly?

Mischa Barton attended the opening night of Boeing Boeing.  She looked really cute in her casual red carpet outfit…I think that shade of green is a great color on her and I’m feeling those bracelets!  But, if you’re not feeling so glamorous it might make you feel better to know that Mischa has cellulite, just like normal women.  Either that, or somebody gave these pictures a serious work-over in photoshop.

Mischa Barton arrived to the ‘Kirrily Johnston’ fashion show during the 13th Australian Fashion Week wearing a floaty yellow dress with an interesting gold neckline. Also in attendance was the gorgeous Miranda Kerr and she choose to wear a blue/gray gathered dress. This is Miranda’s week eh? First we saw her out with Orlando Bloom and now this. What do you guys think of both of their dresses? Does anyone prefer Mischa over Miranda, or vice-a-versa?

Mischa Barton was down under during the past week for the MTV Australia Awards. At the big event she hit the red carpet in this blue feathered dress. I would never wear something like this but I guess that’s the point…she wants to be different. Mischa certainly has a unique sense of style, let’s just put it that way!
