Nick Lachey Confirms He Is Back With Vanessa Minnillo
Nick Lachey has officially confirmed he is back with Vanessa Minnillo. The former boy band star, who split from the 28-year-old MTV presenter in June after three years together, is delighted to have rekindled the romance.
“I am happy in a relationship. I was single for a minute, there, and then we've kind of patched things up. She is a very smart girl. She's far smarter than I!”
The couple took time apart to reevaluate their relationship, but quickly realized they couldn’t live without each other. A source explained:
“They've always had a lot of love for each other, but they took a little break, and now they're working on their relationship.”
I think these two are a good fit. Who knows what happened to cause the original split, but whatever is was has been ironed out.
Nick Lachey Speaks Out On Losing Daisy
This seems a little late coming but Nick Lachey has spoken up about his feelings on the loss of Daisy, the dog he gave to then-wife, Jessica Simpson.
He shared this:
“I think a lot of people forget that Daisy was my dog too — for years,” Nick said.
The two truly mustn't speak nowadays, perhaps out of respect for his girlfriend? Or just too much painful history?
“I didn’t reach out to her,” he said. “I’m sure she was upset… I was upset… It was sad to hear that happened, but it’s part of the cycle of life."
Do you agree? I don't know if I consider being snatched by a coyote "part of the cycle of life"! ;)

Vanessa Minnillo Still Looks To Women Role Models
Vanessa Minnillo attended a benefit called Step Up & Step Out for the female empowerment charity, Step Up Women's Network. While at the event, she talked about the importance of female role models in her own life.
"I didn't have my real mother growing up. My dad was always there, but there is something about a woman's touch,” Vanessa, who was raised by her father from a young age when her mother and new husband moved to Turkey, told In Touch. "So I've literally drawn from so many women in my life, and I was fortunate enough to be able to have that.
I'm still like a little girl who cries at night and has a fork in the road and says — does she go left? Does she go right? I need someone's guidance and yet, I have also helped guide others," she added.
I never knew that about Vanessa; I can't imagine growing up without my mother! She's done well for herself, though, hasn't she?
Although Vanessa was open about her past, she wasn't so open about her relationship with Nick Lachey. When congratulated on the reunification, Vanessa reportedly laughed and said "Thank you!" and left it at that.

Nick Lachey And Vanessa Minnillo Enjoying A Vegas Vacation Together
E! Entertainment is reporting that Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey can't get enough of one another while vacationing in Las Vegas this week.
On Saturday night, the two checked out singer Matt Goss' new show at the Palms Casino Resort. Nick and Vanessa were later seen partying and dancing until the wee hours with Wilmer Valderrama at nightclub LAX. On Sunday they watched the New York Giants game against the Dallas Cowboys at First Food & Bar inside the Palazzo.
They obviously liked First Food & Bar. They returned last night to watch Monday Night Football and dine on Grandma's Pizza and ice cream sandwiches.
I'm happy these two are enjoying one another again. They make a really great couple.

Nick Lachey Visits Rachael Ray
Are you still wondering where the summer went? I am. But fall is moving into full swing, which means all the shows are starting new seasons. 'The Rachael Ray Show' is no exception, and Rachael is having Nick Lachey as one of her guests.
Here's what Nick had to say about the rumors of a reconciliation between Jessica Simpson and himself:
"When I read they (Jessica & Tony) split up, in my head I said here it comes. I just split up with Vanessa. The timing was just too perfect to resist."
"Right now single life is good, especially in New York."
I guess he and Vanessa Minnillo aren't back together. I thought they were! Maybe they're keeping things quiet for now.
Would Nick do another reality TV show?
"I definitely would… you know I’m not gonna say I wouldn't do reality TV again. I wouldn't do reality TV in my home in my marriage as the focus."
And while he may not be reuniting with Jessica, would he consider a reunion with his old group, 98 Degrees?
"98 degrees, that is one reunion that might actually happen at some point."

Nick Lachey And Vanessa Minnillo Are Back On
Nick Lachey has seemingly rekindled his romance with Vanessa Minnillo.
The former 'Newlyweds' star was spotted passionately kissing the MTV presenter – who he split from June, after dating for around three years – in Los Angeles’ hotspot Dime over the weekend.
An onlooker told website RadarOnline:
“They were making-out in one of the booths and seemed totally into one another.
“They were having a great time and definitely appear to be back on. They didn't care who saw them.”
The pair arrived at the nightclub with friends, but quickly became engrossed in each other.
They did break away from their steamy smooching to spend time with their pals, with 28-year-old Vanessa taking to the dance floor.
Nick, 35, chatted to friends while Vanessa danced, but couldn’t help checking her out from a distance.
Nick and Vanessa “amicably” split after growing apart, with friends claiming it was right for them to call time on their relationship.
In 2007, it was rumored the pair had tied the knot in a secret ceremony in the Bahamas, but Vanessa quickly quashed the claims insisting she wasn’t ready for that level of commitment.
She said:
“We appreciate the days. I'm not going to put a time on things and say I'm going to do this by this time tomorrow. We are happy today - no pressure for tomorrow. When things fit into place and you know they're right, they're right."
