Wait a second...isn't Paris Hilton the one who created her own media machine?  And now she wants the paparazzi out of her life.

“It is annoying when they are always showing up at your house. I think it is fine at like a movie premiere or an event when they are supposed to be there. But when it is every single day it just gets really tiring.

Paris was the girl who wanted to be famous!  She could have been like any other unknown heiress, but she chose this lifestyle.  The paparazzi is part of what created her image, right? You know what they say, don't bite the hand...

Paris Hilton took extra precaution getting out of her car last night. Thank goodness for that over-sized bag. I think Paris has had enough mishaps to last us a lifetime. :) All in pink, the reality star met up with her sister Nicky for a nice meal at Nobu. While I am not a sushi eater, I would like to see what all the hype is about at one point in my life.

It also looks like Paris got hair extensions again. Wonder if those are from her own line?

The celebrities came out in full force last night to celebrate the opening of a new West Hollywood nightclub, Apple. Nicky Hilton and David Katzenberg joined Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson and Paris Hilton at the event. I wonder how much everyone got paid to attend... and who got the most!

What?!? What about Benji Madden? Sources in Silicon Valley are confirming that Paris Hilton is dating Myspace CEO Chris DeWolfe. He's 42 years old. TechCrunch has the details:

We first got wind of this when we saw DeWolfe in a random video clip with Hilton from last month (see below). He’s also been throwing parties in the Hamptons, and Hilton has been at all of them. Now we’ve got a source in New York that’s confirming the two are dating. DeWolfe is hosting yet another party tonight in the Hamptons, and Hilton will reportedly be there as his date.

This is a brilliant marketing move for MySpace (or for Hilton?). Or maybe they actually like each other. All we’ve confirmed is that they are definitely dating.

I'm calling fiction on this one. I was skeptical at first about her relationship with Benji, but they've sort of won me over to thinking they're the real deal. And, knowing Paris, would you believe that she would give up a rocker for a CEO? It just doesn't seem like her style.

Paris Hilton is back in California after a brief trip to Europe to promote her new handbag line. Paris is one of my favorite people to watch. I adore her fashion sense 90% of the time. Here she is leaving LAX in a Love it or Hate it look. What do you think?

Paris Hilton is officially the hardest working girl in Hollywood. She just doesn't stop. Fashion lines, fragrances, movies, TV shows, appearances, hair extension lines... Oy Vey! 

"Actually, I've created a superhero with [Spider-Man co-creator Stan Lee], which is [based on] me, and we're doing a cartoon right now with MTV"she tells San Diego's CityBeat.

While on the subject, the interviewer asked Paris which superhero power she would like to have.

"To be invisible -- that would be fun."

Makes complete sense to me considering she would then be able to live a normal life once again.

I was JUST talking about this last night with a friend of mine. I said mine would be to communicate with everyone in the world. To be able to speak, read and comprehend every language known to man. That would be amazing!

I don't know what to say. I think this video is really funny! I love it when celebrities don't take themselves seriously and spoof assumptions people have about their personality.

Star Magazine is reporting that Benji Madden never offers to pick up the bill while out with the LOVE OF HIS LIFE, Paris Hilton. It seems that he often forgets to even bring his wallet.

"Benji never seems to have cash on him to pay for things and tip people, which means Paris always carries cash around," says an insider. "She feels like it's easier to throw down a hundred-dollar bill than wait for Benji to fish around for a credit card, which he probably left at home."

Benji claims he's just forgetful, but Paris, adds the source, "is starting to feel like he's cheap."

Hopefully Paris will pick up on this and blog about it on her MySpace account. She's been pretty good with responding to rumors these days. Great dresses!!

The day has come when Paris Hilton no longer considers herself a girl whose main mission is to have fun and shop. She now "feels like an adult" according to new quotes from Comic Con. And as usual, it's all thanks to Benji Madden's love.

"I just feel like a grown-up now," thanks to her current romance with musician Benji Madden and their more low-key lifestyle. "I think my whole life I was kind of living as a teenager and not really taking responsibility. Now I realize that I'm an adult and I'm running a huge company and I'm in love. I'm in a great relationship. I have my family. I'm just excited for life."

And do grown ups get married? They do. But Paris' 6 month relationship is too young to consider such a thing.

"I don't know. We're so in love and so happy right now and it's only been like six months. So we'll see what happens, but we're so in love and so happy and things have never been better. I finally have a nice guy."
