Patrick Dempsey was looking handsome as usual while racing at the Rolex Grand-Am Series Brumos Porsche 250 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida yesterday. I have a soft spot for Patrick and the fact that he loves to race is just another reason why he's sexy to me. 

I am sad to say that Patrick has NOTHING in the works at the moment. I guess he will live off of his Made of Honor paycheck for a while.

Looks like Patrick Dempsey is getting in on the laughs alongside Matt Damon, Brad Pitt and George Clooney over owning the sexiest man alive title. Only time will tell because People has already announced that Kate Hudson has taken the cover shot for their most famous edition.

"I think this has to be my year. I'm always pipped to the top by one of those guys. I'm constantly number two. "I'm going to call George and Matt and tell them to let me have it - they should step aside for one year and let me win. I deserve it because I'm not eating bread or sugar and I'm keeping my hair good too."

Do you think Patrick should win top spot?

hahahahahaha Sorry - just had to laugh at that title. Poor Patrick Dempsey! His pecks aren't large enough. Or so he thinks. It's not like he has to worry about his legs, breasts, waist, hair, skin, lips, nails, make up, clothing and shoes. Ok, off my soap box. Here we go with the real story. Patrick is jealous of his co-star's perfect pecs and he's feeling the pressure to look good.

"I'm not (Grey's Anatomy co-star) Eric Dane. He is in perfect shape. I definitely have pec envy. There's a lot of pressure being a man in this town." He adds, "People are seeing a fantasy. It's not necessarily me, but it does help your ego. Look, I know TV is a visual medium, so of course I want to be in shape, but I don't want to be ripped."

This is great too. He has to tell his wife that he's sexy :)

"I let my wife know that I'm sexy all the time."

Patrick Dempsey is waiting for the American dollar to gain some ground before he begins to seriously consider a move to the other side of the pond. His millions would be worth nothing in Britain!  :) Yes, I realize it would be half as much. But I would love to have half of his worth to call my own. Heck, I will even settle for a third.

"I would love to live here (Britain). But I think I will have to wait for the American dollar to get stronger. A holiday place would be perfect, but to bring my kids up here would be ideal."

What would happen if he did move? I am sure he would half to return to California for at least half of the year to complete shooting schedules. Frequent flyer miles much?Bauer Griffin

Patrick Dempsey looked gorgeous as he attended the UK premiere of his new movie, "Made of Honor" at the Soho Hotel in London. I adore everything that Patrick is in and LOVED him in the 80's. It's nice to know that he's managed to continue looking gorgeous and still very normal.Want to know something interesting? This movie is being released May 2nd here in the States, but it comes out first in Egypt. April 30th to be exact.WENN

When he isn't filming movies, working closely with charities or walking shirtless in my dreams Patrick Dempsey is driving around in his Porsche. Boy does he love that car. You can tell because he actually dresses like he was born to drive. Considering he is a race driver, I feel like this set is missing a few images. When I think Avon, I don't think Patrick Dempsey. Perhaps things will change now that he's signed on as the face for the cosmetic line. Patrick will front their new men's fragrance campaign. More Dempsey on a daily basis? I'll take it!

As usual, whenever a celebrity does something that is positive and worth mentioning, I put it on the site. Patrick Dempsey has done just that. In Maine, he has funded The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing. Due to open next month, it will be a place for cancer victims to visit and get support and information while attempting to get through a trying time.

The Center also will offer programs like massage therapy and yoga that are clinically proven to help cancer patients heal. And staff will be traveling to more rural areas to bring services to patients who may not be able to come to Lewiston. The cause is important to Dempsey because his mother, Amanda, has been successfully treated for ovarian cancer at CMMC three times. His sister, Mary, also works there.

I was wondering why he would do such a thing and seeing how his family was so heavily affected by the disease, I know understand. What a wonderful way to give back to his community.

I think that it's very important for anybody going through cancer treatment today is just to have a person there, so you're not being treated like a number and that's what we're trying to achieve."
